Doctor is awesome except their scheduling team. I have to take time off work to take my parent here and ended up time wasted & nothing done.

I hope it was a mistake because i know a clinic whom their scheduling team was overwheard by one of the patient how they purposely mess with patients schedule.

My parent’s schedule was changed 3x I was provided incorrect appointment date or the person we supposed to see not on schedule and wasted my time off work TWICE I called before needed to see doctor asap, was told no appointment available soon. By the time i saw Dr. Courtney she didn’t understand why we couldn’t get sooner scheduled when they actually have earlier dates...

I took my mom here today, and I was so touched by the care and kindness she was treated with. From the receptionist to the nurse - everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I could tell that Dr. Fike is a doctor dedicated to his calling a few minutes into conversation. He took his time and showed so much compassion and kindness when talking to my mom and explaining her treatment plan. My mom is 61, and she said she can’t recall in her whole lifetime when she was treated this nice in the healthcare settings.
