Absolutely terrible, would not recommend to anyone. Took them a month to process my prescription which they couldn't.Heidi M. Started getting really agitated with me when i asked if she could call BWC and she refused stating "we already called too many times." Even though i had just called BWC myself and they assured me that my claim has already been approved a month ago. Heidi M. Told me to take my business to a different pharmacy after she had refused to call BWC for the second time. Really disappointed in Walgreens. Update: Went to CVS pharmacy and they processed my prescription literally on the spot and they are getting it ready at this moment!!...

Worst pharmacy in Painesville, had tooth extraction, dentist called in pain killer at 9am, by 6pm still not filled. Called pharmacy and they said fill it the next day. I DIDNT NEED IT THE NEXT #%% DAY, I NEEDED IT THAT DAY. CANT WAIT UNTIL I CAN SWITCH PRESCRIPTION PLANS. UPDATE.... Week later that same extraction turned into dry socket, again dentist called in an antibiotic this morning, here it is 5:50pm and said in progress all day, not calling bcuz just waste time but definitely switching pharmacies.
