I just left the KFC on Richmond Street in painesville and there's a guy in there named Steve I think he's the manager if he's not he should be as a best employee in a restaurant or any other kind of business like it but I've ever come across the way you talked to his fellow employees the way he talked to the customers the way he was working the way he cared my dad used to tell me anything you do in life you should do it with care and I think for the first time in my life I understand what he meant my life is better right now than it was before I walked in there he was literally that amazing of a dude I would never write a review I would never take the time you would take something extraordinary to make me take the time to do such a thing so I guess that's the best way to describe it that guy is extraordinary and whoever hired him they deserve a medal because they're brilliant if I was a wealthy man I'm walking there right now and hand that man five $100 bills in an envelope and walk away I'm not kidding he made his fellow employees better around him he made him happier I could tell they like working with him Just a special dude here's to you Steve God bless you man good things are coming your way that...

Tried to order extra biscuits and was told they were completely out. I paid and received my order and upon getting home realized two sides and the cookies they offered to replace the biscuits were missing. Tried to call but phone was off the hook. Went back and explained the issue and the man inside actually accused me of lying 🙄. Why would I go back otherwise? After arguing a minute with him the manager came over and told him to give me my missing sides. He asked me what the issue was but kept interrupting me and calling me dear. No sir, I am not your dear 😡 then he offers me a cake. I don’t need a cake. I just need the order I PAID for. She made the mistake that the employees of Kentucky Fried Chicken would remember the chicken. Here's a clue, it's in your company's name. I had to call, drive over to get the chicken, and drive back. Because of all this my food was called. The so-called manager refused to replace the cold fries but was willing to give me the chicken, we ordered and paid for. Replacing cold fries when you forget the main part of the order is customer service. Your manager needs customer service training. Your people need to read and comprehend the order and double check that the food order is the food delivered. Show you value the time, effort, and money of your customers.
