Do not go around dinner or lunch time! This location constantly has cars wrapped around their building for the pick-up/drive-thru lane. Keep in mind, this is a pick-up lane only...not a place where they are supposed to make orders. You might be asking yourself, well what is the hold-up then if the orders are already made? This has me baffled as well. I would say avoid around 12-2. and from 5-8p. I placed an online order around 7:00pm to pick up in their drive-thru (the chipotle lane). It told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I drove up to the restaurant, I noticed there was a line of about 20 cars all wrapped around the building. There were cars even waiting out in the street. I waited for maybe about 15-20 mins with the line maybe moving two cars (yikes!), but then I deemed it too unsafe to wait in the drive-thru in the event of an emergency. Cars were blocking in people parked to visit the dining room. It is, of course, not safe in the event of an emergency to have that many cars backed up. Also: please do not block traffic in the street!!! This is a no-brainer. If there are that many cars, just leave! There are other fast food places around. Just immediately file an online complaint for this location if they have that many cars piled up in the drive-thru. It can cause issues if emergency medical vehicles need to come to that business or other businesses for unforeseen reasons. Their online support was nice, and they offered me a voucher for a free burrito. However, they did not address my concern that I needed a refund for food I was not going to get. I called the store, but I could not be put in touch with anyone. Due to that, I had to file a chargeback. So, beware, if you do not pick up your food even if it is not your fault, you will be charged for your order! I really wish they would go through orders at the end of the night to see who has not picked them up and make sure those people do not get charged. That would be the respectable and ethical thing to do especially because this location is a mess lately. The online support stated the issue with the drive-thru car pile-up would be brought to management as a team learning experience and that they would request that orders be fulfilled quickly and efficiently. I'm not certain if that will happen, especially if the restaurant remains understaffed and slammed. Oh, and also props to the Taco Bell across the street which I visited because Chipotle was slammed, and I really wanted to satisfy a fast food craving. They had about 8 cars in line, but I was able to get through the line in less...

My recent visit to Chipotle left me utterly dismayed and questioning the integrity of the establishment I once held in high regard. As a longtime fan of their flavorful offerings, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the subpar experience I encountered—a disheartening tale of diminished portions and disgraceful behavior.
Upon my initial visit, I eagerly placed my order at the drive-thru, anticipating the familiar satisfaction of a hearty Chipotle meal. However, upon receiving my order, my excitement swiftly turned to disbelief. The portions were shockingly small, reminiscent of a meager sample rather than a substantial meal. It was a far cry from the generous servings I had come to expect from Chipotle, leaving me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.
Determined to rectify the situation, I decided to give Chipotle another chance and returned to the drive-thru, hoping for a more fulfilling experience. Little did I know, my troubles were far from over.
As fate would have it, my second encounter only served to compound my disappointment. This time, as I attempted to express my concerns about the insufficient portions, I was met with appalling disrespect from a worker named Evan. Instead of addressing my grievances with professionalism and courtesy, Evan chose to respond with vulgar language and outright hostility. His behavior was not just unacceptable—it was utterly reprehensible.
Feeling utterly disrespected and demeaned, I was left with no choice but to abandon my quest for a satisfactory meal and leave Chipotle behind for good. The once-revered restaurant had revealed its true colors, demonstrating a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency.
In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle was nothing short...
Read moreI will never try chipotle again. Went for the first time 2 months ago it was absolutely delicious. Yesterday was a different story. The guy started making my burrito and I was trying to make small conversation with him because he looked very mad and was having a bad day. A couple walked in behind me and he basically pushed my burrito and me to the side to start them. So I sat there waiting for someone to help me finish mine with toppings. The cashier just stared at me for minutes on end until a nice lady behind the counter came. She started folding my burrito, assuming the guy had finished with me. At least she was nice and attempted to help while one guy just stared at me and the other grumpy and rude. I almost died when I was told 20 bucks for one burrito n a small drink. I was trying to convince myself u never treat yourself. It was delicious last time. I sat down n attempted to eat within seconds my burrito fell apart, the meat was overseasoned and cold, guacamole had no flavor, it had too much rice and the mandarin drink i kept bragging about was very watery. I ended up throwing half my most expensive burrito out disappointed. I really don't see myself going back to another Chipotle. Everyone has bad days and I'm thinking the shift manager was just super stressed with inadequate help, the food was just so disappointing when you spend so...
