NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use Anthony at A& B Computers. He installed a "hacked" version of Microsoft Word 2010 on my computer which I bought from him for a horrendous price not to have "usable" software on it. When I took it back and asked him to remove Word 2010 due to it being a "hacked" copy of his, he put on Microsoft Word 2007 Student, when I had made it VERY PLAIN to HIM I MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL version. I trusted his word and went back home to find that he had installed a non-commercial (student) version, of which was not usable to me either. When I called him, he "smarted" off over and over and he said he would do NOTHING to make his personal word to me good, but had prefer to ruin his character! Don't trust a word this guy says. Very dishonest. Will be checking to see if he is a member of the Better Business Bureau, which I rather doubt he is, and report him immediately. FYI -- Since we talked on the phone, he has deleted some NEGATIVE reviews . . . what does that say about him? Exactly what he is . . . dishonest...

Went to see if my fiance's phone was ready to be picked up after a few days of waiting for it to be fixed, in return received an unprofessional response from the owner of AB Computers referring to his inability to help me in any way, so he proceeded to suggest a contact number for the owner of the phone repair company that has been sick for several days, in regards to us not being able to pick up the phone, so I asked the owner of AB Computers if it would be positive to come back with in a couple days to pick up the phone since again it's been fixed, he used profanity in frustration to usher me out. I understand if he was having a bad day but should have not went that low, customer service was terrible and...

7/16 My friend went up there and he said he wouldn't charge her anything to help restore the task bar. He wiped her system, she lost her stuff and downgraded to windows 10. He said ,"windows 11 wouldn't work, I tried everything." Win 11 was native to the computer. He didn't tell her he was gonna wipe it. And had the nerve to charge her 75. No communication what so ever. I got it going with windows 11 like it should be.

An exceptionally rude unschooled individual. Didn't even diagnose the computer completely. If you don't have the time to do something nor a few wish to take the time to do it just be flat up...
