Worst place. I’m extremely extremely sick. I have waited for two hours for my delivery, the delivery guy claims he went to my room which is bold face lie. I’ve been outside front entrance I would have saw him. There is ONLY one door to Lobby with a sitting area next to it. I somehow missed call but he is lying when he said he went inside and even went to my room bc I’m sitting right here in front of front doors. I been sitting here. The manager even said driver is lying bc NOBODY came in lobby with pizza and he has been here whole time too seeing me sitting out here. Idk why my phone didn’t ring but he is definitely lying as manager said NOBODY came in with pizza, they knew I’ve been waiting. He called for some reason my phone didn’t ring but I did see a missed called at 6:59… but HE NEVER CAME IN THESE DOORS. MANAGEMENT WILL AND IS BACKING ME UP. IT BE DIFFERENT IF HE DIDNT GET ANDWER ABD ACTUALLY CANE IN LIKE HE IS TELLING HIS MANAGER BUT HE IS LYING. MANAGERS HERE WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE BC THEY KNOW HE DID NOT GET OUT OF HIS CAR. HE IS A LIAR AND THIS BUISINESS WILL SUFFER BC THE HOTEL IS NOW TELLING NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM. Read moreI have been a patron of this establishment for YEARS, every week I go to get a slice but today I was admonished by MIKE who was behind the counter, whom I have never seen before, usually there is a young man behind the counter but not today. MIKE was an older gentleman who looks like a large Mario from the Mario brothers. I was literally the ONLY customer in the dining area when MIKE tells me that they don't allow outside food or drinks. I was stunned due to being a weekly visitor being talked to like this. My can of sparkling water is not offered at Bizzarro's and I do not drink soda, period. My can was unopened and again, I was the only customer in the dining area. I had placed my order at the front before MIKE yelled at me for bringing in my choice of refreshment, one that they don't offer. He was barking that its company policy not to allow outside drinks in the dining area. I told him I come in once a week with my sparkling water and NOBODY has EVER said ANYTHING to me about it ! He said, "I guess the other people that work here are nice" I agreed with him. After he yelled at me and I was not able to enjoy my lunch break in their VACANT dining area, I CANCELLED MY ORDER after he terrorized me for not knowing their "company policy" Bad customer service is a company policy, I guess. I’m very disappointed with your ask. Maybe gather more information before asking your customer to delete their honest review and please-coach your staff-to be more presentable and professional. I do not recommend ordering from this pizzeria when there are SO MANY neighboring pizzerias nearby. From my review of the Google reviews many people appear to feel the same way. My issue was with the service primarily. The young lady at the cash register was snarky, unhelpful and completely unprofessional. What a terrible example of an employee to have working the front of house. When I expressed my dissatisfaction she rolled her eyes at me and was seemingly egging me on instigating my frustration when they could not find our family’s order after 45 minutes of having placed and paid for the order. She had snark remarks and a sharo glare that screamed FU. Luckily there was a nicer, more professional and helpful young lady nearby who apologized for her coworkers behavior and told me on the way out while walking me to my car with our $100.00+ order (multiple bags and boxes), that certain employees need to learn how to speak to customers and that she was very sorry for what happened. She was awesome and she deserves recognition for turning a very bad experience, that wasn’t even her fault, into a better experience.
