Best night shift ever! Tonight well this morning now 1/22 I placed an order via ubereats. Driver called said they gave my order away and left said call customer service and hung up. I learned ubereats doesn't do phone service that late at night I ended up call this store spoke with someone on shift. I asked if my order was there because I had another driver coming to get it. They assured me that my order was there and they were just filling up my freeze drinks. These guys were so nice and helpful when I called and I called a few times. When I finally got my delivery my food was still warm and drinks weren't melted. It had been over an hour because ubereats kept switching out drivers. They made a very unpleasant Uber order turn out absolutely amazing! The guy who kept answering the phone I forget his name, was very sincere and well manored he got me calm even laughing at points. My order was truly perfect and I'm very thankful for the staff working tonight/this morning. If manager sees this be sure to keep this crew together because they are the best my taco bell orders are always messed up this was absolutely perfect and I assure you I will return for this shift only from now on because of the helpfulness and perfection. Read moreGenerally we have nothing but good things to say about this Taco Bell but tonight was the worst experience by far. We waited in the drive thru almost 20 minutes which we didn’t mind. We got to the window and paid for our food received a big bag and drove around the corner, just to check the bag right there and realize it wasn’t any of our food. We pulled around front to let them know and they wanted us to get back into the drive thru, with a line longer than when we were in it. I would’ve put the receipt in the bag and left it by the door for them to take so we could get the food we actually ordered and paid for but no that wasn’t allowed. So we drove around the line to the window. We go out of the car and explained that it wasn’t our food and we would either like the food we ordered or a refund. We weren’t anywhere near the employees faces or the customer in the car next to us (who we apologized to for the inconvenience) and the workers were very rude and at first refused to give us our food or refund without getting in the long line. They even threatened to call the cops, all we wanted was a refund. With that said you lost good customers tonight. And honestly you should be wearing face masks and gloves with this pandemic...
Read moreI hate that this Taco Bell is new but yet still looks like the kitchen is 20 years old. You can see it from the dining room. Everyone always looks so cramped back there. They also are not very good at making sure they pay attention to any changes you make to any regular tacos or burritos. There's also some stuff missing on the app that I know they have like Baja blast frozen. My daughter's favorite... Anyways, I was like 86 cents short when I went the other day and the only thing I got for myself was the 12-pack of the cinnamon bun things, they're amazing, but anyways I was buying my kids dinner and didn't have enough for me so I was spending $5 on me and I didn't have enough so I took the 12 off and told her that I would just take two of the two packs and it ended up being the exact same price.. I hate that the cashier didn't tell me that. She's always the same cashier every single time I go there in the drive-thru. She's normally awesome I don't know what happened this day but maybe y'all should think about saving the access change that people leave just in case someone...
