This area is a growing gem with potential. With a Publix and a Walgreens nearby, we effectively have a pharmacy and groceries in one area. I am personally in a spot of convenience because I do my banking with Chase and I use Allstate, both of which have locations in Bayside. The most affordable vet in Brevard is in this shopping center too.
For food places, you have many pizza places. All three of the main chain trio can be found here. Soprano's is here too if you don't want to mess with yucky chain pizza. Soprano's itself isn't great. They are good and particularly good if you want pizza that isn't from the chain. There is also chinese food and a Thai Thai House. Also located here for a meal is Mcdonald's, Dunkin Donuts (coffee, anyone?), Beefy O' Brady's, and a breakfast/brunch place that isn't open very late (they close around 2pm). There is also a bagel place that has decent bagels until 2pm as well.
Misc places include two gas stations, one of which is 7-11. I do wish we could have at least a Race Trac over here. I know the area isn't big enough for a Wawa, not to mention the town is already bringing one 3 miles up Emerson, so having RT would be nice. A man can dream. Also worth noting is that there is a Dollar General and a Hair Cuttery for your hair needs. The DMV is also about a mile down Cogan.
I know it probably wouldn't do well in this area but I think it would be so awesome if we had a movie theater. Since I live 2 miles away from the shopping center, it just would be nice to have dinner and a movie so close to home. This is why I say this area has much potential. The options to add to the...
ย ย ย Read morePublix's is by far my favorite supermarket in Florida. I am a transplant, and I love the Bayside Lakes Publix, mainly because the people who work there are very personable, they recognize you, and they are cheerful, kind, and customer oriented. People say they are expensive, but if you join their points club and use their app, you will save significantly in a clean, organized, and friendly environment! Great produce and pretty much everything you need. Only gripe, no slim Jim's, what's that all about; but they would probably order them for me if I asked them. Oh, by the way, thanks for carrying Big Red soda (Nectar of the Gods)! You guys rock! Highest...

Besides the Publix grocery, there is a bank, a Nail shop, a hair place, tobacco and liquor stores, a cellphone shop, smoke shop, a realtor, donut shop at the gas station bldg, and more. Restaurants include a NEW jmJapanwse Hibachi & Boba Tea olace, Subway, a Chinese takeout, pizza place, and a Beef OBradys. Parking in general is plentiful but would caution those who require disabled parking. There never seems to be one available near the grocery store. All in all, this shopping center serves most needs core to a...
