Buyer Beware here, seriously. Drove in for a quote after the online quote system didn’t have an option for an alignment…. The quote in store was almost $300 more than the quote online. I called in a quote and lo and behold, went from a $822 set of tires to $600 for tires, alignment, and new wiper blades. The day i went in (2/19) the lift for an alignment was down? So I got tires done and was told to come back Friday at 4. I CALLED TO CONFIRM the appointment Friday afternoon and there wasn’t one made, but the lady at the store said she could still make me one for a 4pm. Cool. Naturally i show up at 4pm, they’re absolutely slammed, and there’s no appointment for my alignment. Why would i expect different at this point? They’ve insisted there’s no line but I’ve been here 30 minutes and my car has not even been pulled in the a bay for work yet.

The actual guy who installed my tires was great, quick. The tires are certainly new tires, which is what i needed. But I’m actually ashamed that i gave business to this place after the huge price discrepancies between in-store and call center quotes, and the sheer chaos of the girls in the office (besides Sarah, she was the ONLY one of three females in the office who has any idea what was going on). How do you miss this!?I am beyond aggravated, I brought my truck here twice with needing my front end suspension checked out(pulling to the left) I got the rotation and allighment performed. I came back letting them know I work far away I bought the truck last year from yeomans and they blew my truck up,and couldnt get it straight down the rd etc. I simply didn't trust them working on it,and I need to be back in mavis the following Saturday something isn't right(to correct whatever they did, and further inspect my truck, that It was way worse. I explained to them I feel like it's going to flip and strut feels loose, they said bring it in. I went in 2nd time they found nothing after a thorough front end inspection. I immediately brought it to cruising gold rim shop on 192 melbourne and within 20 mins they called me and sent video of a couple bolts loose in hub, and upper and lower strut bolts loose😡.(i have video leaving mavis after work performed) When speaking to the front desk to young women about my worries I don't feel I'm being takin seriously! I want my refund!I would go in person but it's hard to speak to people that don't care, I want people to pay attention to what they are doing when working on a family man's truck!! Back in May I brought my vehicle in to get 4 new tires. I was advised by a Mavis employee to go with the Mavis brand all-season tires as they would be the best all around tire for Florida weather, specifically the rain. I went with their recommendation. I told them I would understand if they needed the vehicle for an extra day, but just to let me know. They said it would be done in a couple hours. About 4 hours later, it was about time for Mavis to close. I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check on the vehicle to see if I needed to plan not to have it. They acted like they didn't have a vehicle there for me. They couldn't find my info and sounded flustered. After 5 minutes, they found it and told me it was done. I picked up the car and drove it for a week or so and besides the tires riding fairly loud, I didn't have any complaints...until it rained. Every time it rains, we are slipping and sliding and I just don't feel safe. The tires feel like they don't get any traction. So, after that first rain a week after getting the tires, I called to express my concerns and see if they could help me out since their "all season" tires do not function properly. They told me there was nothing they could do. Now I am out $1,000 and driving around on unsafe tires. I will NEVER use or recommend Mavis to anyone. Do not waste your time...
