This afternoon I ordered 3 sandwiches online....one of which was A Chicken Bacon Ranch. Subways web site clearly states this sandwich comes with (Stuffed with melted Monterey cheddar cheese, tender all-white meat chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and green peppers. Went to pick up and they were ready!!!...got home The Chicken Ranch had no cheese, tomato, onions or green peppers. I called to let them know, the employee stated that she thought the order came in sketchy and did not specify anything on it. She then started to ask the other employee. I then hung up and went back to the store I ordered the sandwich based on what your website said (Stuffed with melted Monterey cheddar cheese, tender all-white meat chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and green peppers. Based on your website I didn't think I needed to specify as I thought it sounded good as described Upon arriving back to the store, the employee offered to just put the other stuff on the sandwich. I had wanted a fresh hot melt, not a lukewarm sandwich with stuff added at this point approx 20 mins later. At this point I asked for a refund for the 1 sandwich and was told she was not allowed to do that. OK who would be at a store and I'm sure this happens a few times a day and cannot do a simple refund back to a card. Was not offered a new sandwich. Thank you Subway!!! Not!! To make it all worse, there were no other customers in the store either of my trips there, so they can't even claim they were swamped with orders....
   Read moreWhen I walked in there young black girl with slight attitude who asked me if I had pick-up for my sub . Then she proceeds to tell me with her attitude there no white bread! So I ordered a footlong Italian b.m.t toasted as the girl proceeded making sandwich and I was getting lettuce ,tomato,onion and jalapeños she keep saying "THAT It" . I never heard employee of subway who says that to customer . So I proceed to tell her I want mayo with extra mayo and salt pepper with oil vinegar. She used almost half bottle of extra mayo and really put a lot of salt and pepper on sandwich. So next she cuts this sandwich not in 2 " 6 inches as it 8 inches and 4 inch cut that was very sloppy and worse presentation sandwich for customer . I would like manager to please let this girl go or they could end up losing lots business and more bad reviews to come. I know if I had attitude or did something other then I was taught that wasn't in franchise way of making sandwich we would fired . As me being customer I would say the girl had no experience making sandwich and did not meet subway standards to making nice sub . People like that shouldn't be working at all ,when there other people who need job that can follow...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered online and and it was supposed to be ready at 7:10 wasnāt actually ready until 7:25 when we got home the order wasnāt right, so I brought one sandwich back to the store because my son refused to eat it. As I walked up to the counter I was greeted with I canāt make you anything Iām too busy making online orders. I told him I was bringing back a mess up, instead of apologizing or anything he immediately went to the computer to try and prove me wrong. It became a big deal and he started making the new sandwich, then when he was almost finished he said the order was right and he wouldnāt finish the sandwich. At this point I was pretty upset and told him he would finish the sandwich and Iāll just pay for it. He very rudely finished making it and cashed me out even making sure to put the change in my hand aggressively. The order was wrong and Iām going to attach a copy of the receipt. This all could have been avoided if he wouldāve just been compassionate and made a new sandwich, this is not how you treat people.
