The Flowery has top notch quality products hands down. However, despite that, their process for online orders is a little weird to me. They dispense the products before you even pick it up, kinda handcuffing you if youâre down to your last little bit of allotments, or an emergency situation occurs where you canât pick up the order. So if you have no choice but to go to a different dispensary due to circumstantial change for convenience and youâre down perhaps to your last dispensations or whatever is left on your allotments, you wouldnât be able to pick up anywhere else until those allotments are placed back in OMMU, because they dispensed the products before you picked it up. No other company in the whole entire state dispenses products before you pick up. Also, if you add or delete from your order, they will cancel out the whole order and make you a walk-in because they already dispensed the products and now they have to do everything over from scratch. Furthermore, the other day I made back to back online orders and they rang me up twice at the register handling each order separately, which is terrible if youâre swiping a debit card because of the bank fees for cashless ATM withdrawals. I know I sound like a Karen, but when you been in the industry for so long and are a custom to certain procedures and then you encounter these procedures, it makes things rather difficult and complicated. Overall their products speaks loud for themselves, definitely top notch in the state. Just certain practices and procedures they have overshadows the overall experience. Again, not saying their way of doing things is wrong, just a little different and sometimes complicated. Who knows maybe Iâm spoiled because of Trulieve or Jungle boys, but once again you wonât be disappointed in The Flowery, not to mention they take care of Veterans which is a real...

I spoke with Emily there (super nice btw) but she came back and said because I put the code in the promo space and not the referral space, I cancelled the promo and now don't qualify! Mind you, I followed all the steps to the link... and they have the space directly below for promo code but no space for the referral code is somehow my fault? The fact that Emily recognized that and relayed it to the powers that be and they are still like NOPE is crazy to me! Because now I will never give this place a chance. They're literally trying to promote their business with this promo and because of a technical problem I don't get the promo!?!?

So that was inconvenience with 40min drive. Was told it would be ready over the weekend called and against was told ready from one of the employees. Had to make sure she doubled checked after hearing a yes. And again order is late. Didnât get any more notification over txt like my usual order from the 710lab list. So my order ended up being ready after two week. Which is inconvenience and not acceptable when you need your meds.
