I paid $1500 for a landscaping and irrigation plan for my new home. A plan that had to be approved by the HOA. Mike was aware of ALL the HOA requirements and they are also available on the HOA website. I made a change that was required by the Flagler building department. The unbuilt house had to be shifted to the South by a few feet, ie less grass on one side more on the other. Additionally I had Mike remove a live oak, this was because there was to be 5 feet of fill added to this area. Mike was aware of this as he was given a site plan showing all elevations. He still left the buried tree on his designed plan. His plan was rejected by the HOA twice, with required changes. Today I went to collect my final plan....Surprise I am being billed an additional $910 for extra work on the changes. At no time was I ever informed that to get a plan that the HOA approved would cost me more money. We have met on a few occasions to discuss the HOA requirements and NEVER was I informed that I would be charged more, and certainly not an additional $910...just to get plan that was HOA approved. An increase of 61%...nothing said.I used Mike(Hammock Gardens) because a friend of mine recommended him. I was offered this same service from Verdego for $600. I have not received an irrigation plan, obviously as there is no purpose in designing an irrigation plan until one has an approved landscape plan. When I informed Mike's wife that this was a blindside action she called Mike who proceeded to shout at me. I pointed out to his wife that I had not raised my voice but that did nothing to stop his angry, shouting attack on me. Mike left and I stood in the office area attempting to discuss the issue with his wife, Mike reappeared, shouting at me that he does not work for free and that I could sue him if I wanted. After he left his wife informed me that I had been done a favor as Mike is not doing plans anymore as he is too busy, I don't consider $1500 for a plan a favor.I left the office area without a landscaping plan or...

Steve and Stacy were tremendously helpful with providing guidance with pretty perennials for my bland garden. They also provided info and product on how to properly fertilize all of my plants and even take care of some annoying biting ants. Great prices, beautiful plants and service with a smile. Today they had a great special buy $75 get a bag of fertilizer and they had some bogo options for hibiscus plants.

On October 7, 2017, Janine and the crew from Hammock Gardens Nursery did all the flowers for our wedding. I cannot begin to describe how beautiful and beyond my expectations ALL the flower arrangements were! From my bouquet to the centerpieces and the show stoppers! They were carefully and beautifully executed with taste and attention to detail that left everyone talking about the flowers afterwards. Aside from the beautiful arrangements, the team was so wonderful to work with, they met with me every time I asked, changed the arrangements to my crazy ideas without hesitation, and helped made my day SO perfect that I will never be able to thank them enough.
