If you like staples in your food, this is the place for you! We went on Sat afternoon, and they had plenty of servers but not enough chefs. We ordered 1 sandwich, wings, garlic knots, and a few drinks. We got our drinks quickly, but after a very long wait, we finally got our food (one couple came in after us and left before us). My mother almost bit into staples!!! Why were there staples in the bread or near the food prep area at all?! Angela was very apologetic and offered to comp the sandwich. However, no apology was made by a manager. Angela put in the order for a new sandwich, and I saw them start other people's orders before even attempting to replace the sandwich. After such a long wait, my mom couldn't wait any longer and shared my garlic knots as her meal. We had to leave without getting a replacement sandwich since we told them several times we were on a time crunch. We were shocked that they charged for our meal, but they did take her sandwich off the bill. We respect small businesses and paid regardless of how upset we were, especially since we did eat (carefully) the garlic knots and wings. Special shout out to Angela, though, for trying her best to make a horrible situation better.

Ordered a make your own pizza with 3 ingredients and a sweet tea. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Want to try some other menu choices. They have their own Parking lot but its a little tight. Place was crowded on a Friday so you know its good. Staff friendly and helpful. Will return Did return and had the Italian hero. Very very good. I would get it toasted next time. Went back again. Love this place. Ppl so nice. Got the Haymaker pizza. Who could pass up something with bacon jam! Was so good. Went back and got their lasagna. Holy smokes was this stuff good and they gave you a nice size serving to boot. Some of the best I've had. Back again and tried the Fredo. Really good pasta dish. The sauce is delicious and not real creamy like some alfredo. Coulda used a little more ham. Back again and got my favorite...Dept of Sanitation with banana pepper. Best pizza around.

Pizza Friday took us south this week to beautiful Palm Coast. We wanted to try another branch of the Bronx House of Pizza- this time on A1A. We were able to find a good parking spot in the free lot outside the building. This establishment looked new. Once inside, we were quickly seated in a roomy booth. I ordered the traditional Cheese Pizza (small). Vicki wanted to try the Fried Ravioli. She also ordered a salad. We noted that the restaurant also had many other Italian dishes on the menu. My pizza came quickly and was very hot . The crust was thin, and the sauce very tasty. Vicki loved her ravioli. The salad was large and fresh. All were served by a cheerful waitress who checked in on us frequently. I loved the interior of the restaurant. It was very clean. Our bill was very reasonable for this meal. Once again, Bronx House of Pizza came through with a good pizza!

This place fires bartenders because they earn generous tips and will correlate this generosity with over-pouring alcohol to their customers. We have NEVER experienced or witnessed this. Not once. These bartenders and entire staff have been company-minded, professional and adhering to strict serving portions. The unfortunate consequence is that this management style alienates the entire staff - and the patrons if you really believe that they are tipping for "extra" booze. This management style will also convert a $1000/month loyal, neighborhood patron to a $100/year take-out customer, at best. I would think that for a restaurant the winning formula is decent food, good service, a sense of community and a loyal following. This formula was sacrificed, by upper management, in exchange for paranoia, greed, short-sightedness and, sadly, the alienation of loyal staff and customers alike. Now, we only hope to run into the rest of the loyal, neighborhood customers (and staff) at another local place that fosters a sense of community. Please note that I struggled to post this, but we were uncomfortably made aware of this...
