Location and reviews led me to believe that this would be my one stop shop for all things tech related, I was incredibly wrong. I've visited Digital NinjaZ multiple times, each visit worse then the last. I wanted to give them a few chances because the proximity to my house but it's no longer worth it.
Each time I visited they seemed to have a new employee and each time I was informed that the person that was working on my ticket had either left the company or been let go. Huge red flag right there. Then each time I called for an update a new problem was discovered with my laptop, most of the time problems I had never encountered using the device myself.
The last straw was when I went in to get another update on my computer. I walked in to who Im assuming is the owner on the phone in the lobby area yelling into his cell phone in another language. He looked at me, turned his back and kept on with his phone call. I waited close to 15 minutes for someone to help me, yet I was left standing there so I left.
In conclusion, I personally do not recommend Digital NinjaZ to anyone. They have new staff what seems like every week, they create problems so they can charge you more to "fix" them, and management seems very rude and lacking in professionalism. Read moreI've been working with them for 3+ years. We've had a couple of rough spots, one costing me a sizeable international contract. I stayed on because my computer and system were set up by Sebastian and he had all the info. Since then Nick became my technician. For a few months great service. Then a couple of mistakes were made. and since then calls aren't returned. I paid for the service and I want them to fix their error. Their recent history has developed into a pattern of taking around 2 weeks and multiple customer calls before they call back. Their last error actually removed my business email account. I have informed 3 people regarding the nature of the problem, and the urgency of it, but Nick doesn't call back The only call back I've gotten was from Cathy, the manager, who apologizes profusely. However, that doesn't solve the problem that my business email isn't working. According to Michael, they now have a new policy: you need too give them your credit card information before they'll do any work or discuss the situation. Per manager, they were beginning to develop a problem with people hanging up without paying. I have my suspicions as to the cause of that. The only way to guarantee that there will be any timely repairs is to go there and sit waiting for the work to be done. I guess I'm a sucker for punishment. Read moreJust had a Ryzen 5 2600X, with a RTX 2060 6GB, Asus Motherboard with 16GB of ram built at Digital NinjaZ by Nick. I couldn't be happier with it, it preforms amazingly. I currently run a Asus Predator 27" at 144Hz, this comp can run it perfectly, most games I run around 140 FPS. Would recommend this company and Nick any day of the week! altogether my build was 1600, that is a decent price considering I have no experience with building one, just the parts I have knowledge of. When I came to pick it up, he had it ready for me to see, it was game ready when I came home, he installed all the drivers and had the computer perfect. Only thing I had to do was get Geforce Experience, and then after that I put all my games and antivirus on it. After that I was having amazing game play, at Ultra setting on most games.
