Subway — Restaurant in Palm Springs

The customer service is awful at this Subway..the food prep guy is extremely rude..I didn’t catch his name..but, he has tattoos all over his arm..I’ve never experienced something like this..when you walk up he begins to sigh loudly, he starts slamming the doors of the oven, he just throws the food like he’s angry! It’s really terrible..it makes you feel like you’re bothering him..I went with my kids and I was going to walk away but they really were craving something from there that day..he has a terrible service attitude! I don’t understand why if he hates his job so much, he doesn’t look for something else where he doesn’t have to deal with customers..if you read this let me tell you, “you suck” look for another job if you hate it so...

Customer service was nonexistent. The sub maker complained about my order to his coworker so that I could hear. Additionally did so using profanity. There were no other customers in the subway at all, yet he wasn't working on my order as he complained. He then played dumb and asked if I needed something since I was standing there. I got the vibe that he was having a power trip. I was patient and waited for my order and left without a fuss. But this was a terrible experience and it happened on my birthday. I'm afraid this will be my first and last time ordering from subway, as I don't want to relive...

A super rude and chubby lady was back there I walked up to the counter and said hi and she walked away to talk to a group of guys(Caucasian )that were seated and already eating they didn't even talk to her as they saw what she did then she had the audacity to come back and trying to serve me( gave of racists vibes tbh) so I just turned and walked away loved shopping at the actual Walmart will never go to this Subway again tho and I'm telling the entire family and friends about...
