I absolutely cannot contain my excitement as I wholeheartedly recommend Piazza's grocery store! Folks, let me tell you, this place is an absolute gem, and I'm about to spill the beans on why you should drop everything and make a beeline for this incredible store.
First and foremost, Piazza's is a fantastic grocery store, and I cannot emphasize that enough. From the moment you step through the doors, you're in for a treat. What sets Piazza's apart is the incredible cultural diversity in their food selection. It's like taking a culinary trip around the world without ever leaving the store! Whether you're craving exotic spices, international sauces, or unique snacks, they have it all. Trust me, your taste buds are in for a wild ride.
Let's talk about their fruit selection; it's an absolute paradise for fruit enthusiasts like me. The freshness and variety they offer are unparalleled. From the juiciest, ripest peaches to the crunchiest apples, Piazza's has it all. Your daily dose of vitamins just got a whole lot more exciting!
Now, let's get to the sweet stuff - their fantastic cake assortment. If you've got a sweet tooth, you're in for a real treat. The cakes here are nothing short of divine. Moist, flavorful, and beautifully crafted, these cakes are perfect for any occasion or just a sweet indulgence to brighten your day.
But that's not all! Brace yourself for their burritos – they're literally to die for. Bursting with flavor and packed with all the right ingredients, these burritos are a culinary masterpiece. I can't even begin to describe how delicious they are; you'll have to try them for yourself.
Now, one thing to note – don't be deceived by the store's size. Piazza's may look small from the outside, but it's much bigger than it appears, and they have a LOT of great stuff to choose from. It's like a treasure trove of gastronomic delights waiting to be discovered.
So there you have it, folks, my enthusiastic endorsement of Piazza's grocery store. The cultural diversity, the amazing fruit selection, the mouthwatering cakes, and the unforgettable burritos make this place a must-visit. Go ahead, treat your taste buds to an adventure they...
Read moreI just had one of most unpleasant experience at this store. I came to the store around 8:50pm, and the store is supposed to close at 9pm. I was trying to go through the main entrance, and the door wasn’t opening, so I went to the side door, which also wasn’t opening automatically. Thinking the door might not function correctly, I tried to push it open. Their head clerk, named Adriana, yelled at me with most condescending tone “it is closed for a reason, GO AROUND to the other side”. It felt like she was scolding and disciplining her kid. Sure, it was wrong of me, trying to push the door open, but that was not the way to talk to your customers, especially there was not any sign, instructing the customers to use the only working door. At that time, I was extremely annoyed and after I came in from the other side (the only working door out of 3), I told her that I really didn’t appreciate the way she was treating me. She did not apologize and doubled down by saying “we are about to close anyway and those door were closed for a reason”. I asked for her name and told her that I will make an official complaint of her. Now I am here writing this review after my evening was ruined by this...
Read moreUpdate: they started labeling everything, including the food bar and have many items with zero processed seed oils! Thank you Piazza's!
Old: As the ancient philosopher once said, "with high prices comes great responsibility". And so to sell, for one minor but telling example, mashed potatoes at a premium and not even include an ingredient list is absurd. Not to mention the lack of any prepared foods (with a label) not tainted with highly processed seed oils. Even Whole Foods has the sense to include a handful of such options.
In an age in which purity not of character but of cuisine is the emphasis, sins such as this are difficult to overlook or even understand. It appears sloppy at best and careless at worse, as if whoever is at the wheel here fell asleep decades ago.
Otherwise though the store itself is lovely, the employees responsive, and the options outside the prepared foods exemplary. My advice: come for the pastries, not...
