Zero stars. We were told what the price of the ring repair would be, however when we went to pick up the ring, it was inflated to a much higher price. Both myself (when I tried on the ring for a fitting) and my family number, was never told it would cost extra when we went to repair it. It was very misleading and inflated. I am younger but I couldn't go to a place that takes advantage of older disabled people like my family member. This was supposed to be a gift. When my family member called, Lori threatened her. Extremely unprofessional! Their subpar customer service and sales skills is lacking. I have thousands of friends & colleagues on social media sites and I plan to spread the word. I am a key decision maker with respect to referrals and networking. I am getting an engagement ring in the next month & we are ring shopping. I will never go there so they just lost 5 figures and potential new business. I saw several of my friends this past weekend at a party, and I made sure to explain my case in full detail and how it was handled. They were shocked at the price and the manner it was handled. Several of my friends love jewelry and I'm in sales. I could be extremely persuasive. There are several jewelry & jewelry repair shops; I would not recommend this one! I will never set my foot in there again! Even though they misled us and handled it very poorly, we're walking away winners because the money that I'm going to spend will be spent elsewhere as well as my large network of family, friends, colleagues,...

My mother in law recommended Lori. Lori did an amazing job at helping me design and pick out my engagement ring. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, and she helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted, and also helped me pick out a wedding ring that I am in love with. She also helped my husband pick out his wedding ring. I cannot express how thankful we are for her help. The worst place ever ! I came to check how much my earrings are worth . And the old lady not sure what her name is gave me such a big attitude for checking 🙄her words were “ you wasted my time “ like why would anyone say that to customer! The other lady was laughing like I guess . I went different places to check my jewelry and no one ever had any problems with checking . If I don’t like the price why would I sell it there ?
