Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palos Township

Drive through was pretty quick. Friendly service. Trouble starts when I get home. Mexican pizza, the box was a bit crushed on one side, so when I opened it, the cheese was stuck to the box lid, not cool. Then go to open the steak quesidillia (sp) looked like someone just threw it in the bag! It wasn't laid out long and flat in the package like it usually is, very disappointing. Got 2 tacos w/lettuce and meat, those were correct, but, but, one taco, when you went to pick it up, it stuck to the paper, cracked, couldn't even eat it like it was a taco. Had to eat it in pieces. Now, if I was driving a ways to get home, I could she the taco, maybe ending up like that, but I'll literally 7-10 mins away. No reason that taco s/h done that. I called, spoke my peace. Mike, the mgr offered to replace my meal. He was understanding, also said they were doing training. Ok, I get it, but it just seemed like the trainees didn't take any care to pay attn to their training. Hopefully, they'll have it down on the next visit. Oh, another thing, the sauce packets we got, were all sticky, like one may have exploded, but sure but...

There’s something wrong with this Taco Bell. I live around the corner from here and have gone here several times. There’s nothing really wrong with the service, but the food is questionable. The first time I ordered here, I got my usual 7-layer burrito. I couldn’t finish it because the rice was undercooked and stale. The burrito is supposed to be soft, but instead, it hurt me teeth. Other times I’ve gone here, the food and even the slushies have been disappointing. Tonight, however, is the final straw for us. I ordered a Mexican Pizza - my new usual from this place - and it tasted so bad, I couldn’t do more than a couple bites. It looked ok and seemed to smell ok, but the flavor was like chalk and medicine. I thought it was maybe just me, but when I had my husband try it, he spit it out immediately (and he eats pretty much everything). I seriously don’t know what’s going on with this place, but I recommend you taste the food before you leave the premises so you can at least get your money back if the food tastes bad. They are very ignorant with poor service in the drive thru&refuse to take my order. It's not my fault that the person in front of me wasn't paying attention with room to go to the speaker refusing to move up when there was no1at the window&I honked my horn for them to move up since there was room&the ignorant customer service staff called the police refusing to take my order&I shouldn't be penalized for the person not paying attention&not moving up to the speaker holding up the whole drive thru&I can't control another person's actions. This is poor mgmt&business&they don't appreciate their customers which is a good reason why this Taco Bell isn't as busy as other Taco Bells&I definitely don't recommend this Taco Bell since they're unprofessional.
