Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palos Township

I wish I could give a zero-star for this awful pizza Hut location, I have been ordering pizza from various places and never had a bad experience with such frowny-face employees, They are not willing to welcome you when you are picking up an order from the drive-thru, they have poor customer service, I called to order pizza, they forgot to put green peppers while I am sure I told them, The employee on the phone had such a dark voice that I could not understand, Asking for my name in a way that makes me feel uncomfortable, Feels like speaking on the phone from the grave, They usually don't welcome/Thank you for ordering or even after you give them your card to pay when they give you your order they don't say anything not even a single "Thanks" or "bye" especially night shift workers, What kind of place is that?, They are also money thieves, I ordered 2 mediums for pickup, First one 2 toppings, Sec one 3 toppings and the total was unbelievably $48, Went online to order same pizzas total was $45, I will never return to the store to buy any kind of food ever, Thanks for your great service and I hope they change the management or the people who work there, Such a horrible experience I had...

Never, EVER order from this place! NOBODY here has any idea what they are doing, ESPECIALLY the management!!! They don't have delivery drivers when I need them. The staff there don't have the same deals as online. And my online orders keep getting rejected for no reason. Not to mention, if you stand around their lot for longer than 10 minutes because you are ordering online & don't have a car (it's locked due to COVID), they WILL tell you to leave. They are jackholes and DO NOT deserve your business!!! Plus, the managers cannot even keep their own flipping word!!!

I DID attempt to reach you as you describe and never heard anything back! And why do you owners always require us to reach out to you anyway? Most of us have already taken time to attempt to handle the issues personally or by phone by somebody local. I seriously doubt that going to a national corporate website or emailing some corporate support email that receives hundreds of emails a day is going to do me any good.

By the way, it appears, by all the bad reviews on this location since I left this one 3 years ago, you have many more serious problems than just handling my issues. Good...

I don't understand how some of these people can be so negative? About this Pizza Hut location, I frequent this location at least once a week. And have never had an issue, which makes me wonder does the resturant assume all responsibility for the experience? Or maybe should some depend on the people who patronize it as well? As there is always two sides to every story.

This resturant's attention to detail, proffesional service, and welcoming atmosphere is second to none! We are lucky to have some of the greatest pizza places in the world in the chicagoland area. Which makes this Pizza Hut location even more invaluable, as compettion is fierce out here.
