Pampa Furniture Exchange & Mattresses too — Local services in Pampa

This is a little bit late as we made our purchases about a week and a half ago or so.

I've bought from them many times in the past. However, this was the first time since it went under new ownership back in October. I already thought highly of this establishment; just when I thought they've hit perfection with their level of customer service, the new owner, Melanie, took it up another ten points.

Previously, I had written: "Everything from the staff and their very personable personalities to the level of Customer Service and their willingness to assist you, while balancing not being too involved like a used car salesman; from the quality of the furniture to their drive to ensure that you get what you want and as quickly as you're ready for it to be delivered." And that still stands true today.

This is one store that I actually look forward too visiting when I'm in town. Normally I hate shopping; but this store and their staff make our shopping and buying experiences pleasant and even enjoyable - which is a task for people who hate to shop.

We will definitely be back as we finish furnishing my daughters home; as well as when I get moved out there and have to furnish my own place.

You'll be getting all of our local business for new furniture from now on.

My 82 y/o Mom decided she wanted a new sofa spur of the moment! We decided to drive to Pampa, we live in Borger, to check out the inventory at Pampa furniture exchange. My Mom has difficulty walking and was hesitant about stepping up the few steps at the store. Brady saw her and greeted her outside and assisted her into the store. Once in the store Brady and Monica immediately made us feel at home and catered to my Mom like a queen!!! They took their time with her, no pushy sales and listened to her wants! My mom found a sofa she LOVED plus a rug!! Brady being from Borger and going the extra mile, offered to deliver the sofa so she could start enjoying it immediately! He even helped me carry it in and move her other furniture around!! I can’t thank Brady and Monica enough for their patience and the upmost shopping experience....

As new residents of the Panhandle area Pampa Furniture Exchange has been wonderful to us. They are welcoming and were very helpful with our needs in looking into a new adjustable bed. They are fun and we enjoyed being in their environment! We love our new bed! I also have to add that the 2 young men that delivered our bed were very knowledgeable and very kind! They moved our old queen adjustable bed to another bedroom on the other side of our home. They were very professional and asking if the position of the bed was to my liking and it was perfect !
