I gave this place a one star based on the following. Im between two Indian dealerships, both are over and hour away, I read the reviews for this location and saw they had excellent comments on the customer service, and based on that decided to go for the hour+ drive to go here. First and foremost they ARE friendly and not pushy, and their store is pristine. What they made up in being non pushy, they lacked in professionalism. The sales person was reluctant to share what they valued my bike at, it didnt bother me that it was a low value, I know its low (its old), hence why Im getting a new one. After I gave my consent for a credit check, I was given an offer; which wasnt bad, but not what I wanted. They didnt even try to make it work, or give me a conditions to try and meat that goal to what I originally wanted; I was willing to compromise. I asked what I would need to do, and I was met with exasperated response and no real answer; nor was I ever given an interest rate. I contacted the same sales person the next day to find out the interest rate on the offer they gave me and their response was ""I dont know". Although friendly, they made it clear that they did not want my business, but in a friendly way at least. My greatest regret is that I feel I wasted a credit check here (each hit brings your score down) and had this experience. Now I have to get another credit hit when I go to another store, because based on this, I wont be going back here again.

Update: The owner called to address my experience, and based on that interaction this is a 5 Star place, go there and speak with the general...

This is not a review of this dealership, just Randy, I believe he said he's the dealership manager, if I'm right the dealership is in good hands.

Over the last 2 weeks I've been furiously hunting for a motorcycle in good condition for an appropriate price. I went to ; Mobile, Pensacola, and the Montgomery Harley dealers with no luck. Either the bikes advertised on their websites weren't at the dealership or the condition made me wonder if they're not phototoshopping and airbrushing the pictures. Many of the posted pictures were Harley stock photos, not even the same color as the bike for sale. I had slightly better experiences at the local Honda dealer at 2 of their locations. Apparently the import motorcycle dealers have noticed how Harley Davidson does business and have adopted these tactics

Randy updates the website regularly, everything posted was in the store out in the open ready to sell not hidden away in some dark dank storage building 2 blocks away where I'll be escorted by the slowest walking salesmen I've ever seen.

Randy answers the phone with the information the customer need ready. I don't know if he carries around a cheat sheet or if he just knows his business. Either way, very professional with being stuffy .

Randy took my offer over the phone, countered with his best price, which I accepted and when I got there the price was the same, no extra fees or charges, just the price...
