We were very confused on the menu process and still am somewhat. If you get there between 12-4pm you can eat from the lunch menu and its a bit cheaper. You can either choose all you can eat for one price or if you don't think you will eat that much you can order the entree you want. I still don't get the whole deal with this place. I am not into seafood so I got the hibatchi steak & chicken with rice. It also came with salad and soup. It was all delicious and I did not waste any. We had 8 people at our table and 5 of them got the all you can eat. Only the people who bought the all you can eat were allowed to share their food with each other. The others who did not order that option were not allowed to even taste anyone's food that had ordered from the all you can eat menu or they would be charged for the all you can eat accordingly. Also if you order from the all you can eat and waste the food they charge you 50 cents up to 3 items and then it went up from there. I believe if you waste more than 3 items they charge you half the price of the cost of the entree. It's all good. I just didn't like all the rules and the thought of me having to pay more if my kids wasted their food. They also charge 20% gratituty and ask for a tip on top of that. For our family the bill was $248 with a $43 gratituty charge. I would say you get alot for your money and the service was really good. My family laughed and had alot of fun with this ordering unlimited sushi for a couple hours until we were all stuffed. It will be a great memory from our vacation. Especially since there is not a place like this in Indiana.

Just ate here and let me start by saying the food was very good but...I was under the assumption that they offered all you can eat sushi for a certain price and come to find out it ends at 4 pm. I was ok with that I guess but not really because it was one of the reasons I chose to eat here. Then there was the service it started good but that went out the window once a table of 20 college kids came in! All of a sudden we couldn't find our waitress. Then the 20 kids who were actually from our home town of Knoxville Tennessee...the Vols were extremely loud and obnoxious. Look I remember being that age and all but I was also taught how to behave in a restaurant . It actually got worse that I could not converse with my wife and daughter sitting across from me and it seemed management didn't know how to handle all of this and like I said we were not at all catered to.....we waited 10 or 15 minutes just to get a fork so my daughter could eat her fried rice. I ordered some more sushi and it took at least 20 minutes for 4 pieces of mackerel. Like I said the food was good but if we happen to go out again here for sushi we won't go back. My bill was just under $200 and I didn't get the service I should have for spending that kind of money in a restaurant. I usually try to be positive and give fair reviews as a Google guide but if the sushi wasn't as good as it was they would get 1 star.

Some things were good some things showed what they’re trying to do… filling everything with cheap ingredients so you fill you quickly… a ton of rice, be it in the sushi or as a side they give you a ton so you can’t eat anything else. Same with the cream cheese.. barely any fish but a ton of cream something and the tuna/salmon tartar comes 80% breadcrumbs and 20% salmon and fish eggs (don’t get). Honestly a very stressful eating experience because of course since they bring you so much, they also terrorize you with paying anything that’s left over (even if you want to take it home) by the piece, the ounce or the volume (check menu). Just a business… they don’t care about the food just the money and stuffing you with the cheap stuff in massive amounts. ☹️ Our waitress was very very nice and fast. She was the only good part about the restaurant. I think her name was Livia. Anyway, don’t waste your time here. It’s not all you can it, it’s all you can stuff (nothing good to stuff anyway).

The best, freshest, and only place in PCB area for a full selection of free sushi, nigiri, soups, appetizer, & hibachi items for only $20 until 4:30 pm. I go here every birthday, all my families' birthdays, & for whenever I have a craving. It's worth the drive since I'm not especially close. I usually put down $60-$100 worth of food & consider it a serious challenge whenever I go! I've never been disapointed with the service or the food. The place is always clean, & every one leaves with a full belly, a big smile, & it doesn't put as big a dent in your wallet. You won't find a better Japanese restaurant anywhere within 100 miles of Panama City!

I also want to post about what I read on the negative reviews. I've been going here 8 years so I know this place almost better than anyone, and I can tell you that there are detailed descriptions on the menu for all of the rolls, so anyone saying otherwise is lying or can't read. No matter if I come in a small group or a large group of 10 or I come by myself or they don't recognize me or with my aunt whom they do recognize there is no favoritism and the service is always excellent and that is with a ton of different waitresses over 8 years so anyone claiming the service is bad is probably having a personal problem. Also, if you are getting your food too slow you probably went during rush hour which is your own fault. What do you expect from a business that is so good and so popular? Yes you are going to have to wait for the amazing quality. This is why I go when nobody else is there. For the people who claimed that the bathrooms are dirty that is also a lie, they cannot be in the bathroom 24/7 watching it you probably just happened to go in right when some idiot ruined the bathroom and now you are blaming the establishment for something they cannot control... stop crying about it. For the people who said they got sick with sushi, you do realize that this is sushi and there is inherent risk and eating anything and that the menu of every sushi place in the world says that. You're playing Russian roulette & no matter how amazing an establishment is, a small percentage of people are going to get sick - that does not mean that it is a bad place. It means that you probably should not be eating sushi to begin with, sure some of us handle it better than others. I suggest a change to your diet instead. You will find the same thing on every oyster bar as well with the same results. And for the one lady who falsely claimed that this restaurant charged her for food that she could not finish because it was a waste I would like to inform her that when you order the all-you-can-eat it clearly states in bold print that you must finish all your food or you will be charged extra. This is your own fault for not understanding the terms of the agreement for which to purchase the product, do not blame the establishment for your stupidity and illiteracy. And no I don't work there nor get paid to write this I just hate stupidity & blatant lies. There is a reason EVERYONE else is having an amazing time here. Usually these people only write negative reviews as well if you look at their history because they are just sad people.

Now that I've gotten all of that out of the way everyone else who is smart can read ask questions will have an amazing time as long as you go during an appropriate hour and do not expect miracles...
