Kenny is HONEST and will NOT jerk you around-I got the NASTY DOJ/FBI virus a few weeks back and Kenny fixed it for $80-BEST BUY wanted $200 JUST to look at it-oh, but they would knock $100 off if I bought a new $200-$300 computer-Kenny was fast, had it done the next morning, and DIDN'T demand payment up front, something every other computer shop I have dealt with does! I panicked when my computer crashed later that afternoon and called him-he said if it was a mistake on his part he would fix it FREE! (It turned not to be a problem at all, my computer just needed to absorb a few more updates!) All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Kenny at PC Res-Q-he is honest, fair, and does good work! I love how he parks his Mercedes out in front-good touch, Kenny! Also, he REALLY knows what he is talking about- I do NOT consider myself a computer expert, but rather an experienced user, but I know ENOUGH to tell he knows his business-I asked him a question, and he judged that I maybe a year's use left on my Dell Dimension 2400 before the net just passed it by in terms of RAM capability-something I had already concluded! He also answered a couple of spyware questions and gave me advice for FREE a few weeks later! So if you want computer work done for a reasonable price, and good service you can trust, from someone who won't chisel you, DON'T hesitate to call Kenny...

This guy is your go to man when it comes to fixing your PC! He saved me a good $300.00 when Best Buy's geek squad tried to convince me that my laptop was completely shot after I had dropped it down a flight of stairs.
