My sister, her boyfriend and I did the Jet Ski's for an hour. $90 after taxes. When we arrived no one was there. We had to wait 15 minutes for the guy to show up. He goes over the rules. I felt like he thought we were little kids or something. I felt like he was using scare tactics. "1 in 3 people will damage this. See this right here? This happened yesterday. See this right here? That happened just last week. 1 in 3 which means one of you will damage one of these water crafts." After we get passed that, he tells us we basically have to stay in between two markers which essentially is driving back and forth passed the dock where this place is. It was pretty boring. After about 20 minutes we decide to go in and ask for our money back for at least half the time. I ask him if people actually pay to do this for 2 hours and he tells me that the people that pay for the 2 hours can go to Shell Island. I then ask him for a refund and he tells me no and tells me we can go passed the markers (and even to Shell Island), but he wouldn't recommend it because of how easy it is to get lost. I'd stay away from here. Find a place where you can get out in the ocean and actually see some clear water. This place has bad customer service and the guy clearly would rather be anywhere else than selling Jet...

Our family includes deaf members, and instead of being understanding or inclusive, the captain was rude and dismissive from the start. When we tried to express our concerns calmly, the captain accused us of lying and continued to insult us rather than show any professionalism or care for his guests. After the tour, I reached out via text to request a refund due to how we were treated. At first, he told me he didnāt want our money, but then refused to issue a digital refund and insisted we drive over an hour away from Destin to pick it up in person, which is completely unreasonable.

No employees present upon arrival so we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help us. Horrible customer service from Dale. Only allowed to go between 2 triangle markers totaling 1 mile. Jet ski went less than 30 mph even at full throttle (my speedometer was broken but that was per other people in my group).
