Vibez — Restaurant in Panama City

We visited just for the Hookah service as it appeared to be the only Hookah spot opened during the hours we visited. We arrived and stood at the Hookah bar approximately 10-15 minutes and were never acknowledged by the female staff working behind it. It was a slow night, and there were no other customers in line. Less than 15 people inside, if that. We stood patiently at the bar and observed her begin to gyrate on a male who entered behind the bar area a few minutes after we approached. She then exited the bar and took a prepared hookah to a nearby table. She returned to the bar, still never acknowledging our presence, and pretended to busy herself. A few seconds later, a male walked up beside us, and she immediately greeted him. No hesitation. We were appalled. She literally ignored us (obviously) but didn't miss a beat engaging with men. We decided to leave as it was evident that our money and presence were not valued. It takes less than 2 seconds to greet a customer and let them know that you'll be right with them. I informed the staff at the front of the club what we'd just experienced and that we were leaving. He did say that he was sorry. We paid $20 to enter and counted that as a loss. Arrived at 11:55pm. Left at 12:16am. Poor experience and distasteful service....

I usually never post or review but my experience was terrible!! The only good thing was the actual interior which was dope and a few other workers! The man that took our payment and gave us wristbands was very friendly and the tall slim white women behind the bar was so dope!! Now! The bottle girl and most of the hookah women were so nasty! First of all the hookah lady was trying to charge us $10 for extra tips lol and we broke a hookah and the entire hookah crew including a off duty woman manager ran up on us like they were going to jump us! One hookah girl said $50 for the broken hookah then another runs up and said $100, then the price changed to $150! At this point a manager was cursing us out and we were surrounded!! I truly couldn’t make this up! After someone paid for the hookah the manager followed us outside the club when we were trying to leave while people were holding her back she was going ballistic… when we had already paid for the hookah! The security was even telling her to calm down and relax! We deserve an apology. But I will neverrrr...

Staff is amazing. I met them just a couple of months ago and everyone has always been so welcoming, kind, and eager to contribute to making everyone have a good time. Not to mention, their ambition and business strategies are top tier. You're not going to find another club here that works harder behind the scenes as well as in the public eye to really cater towards their customers.

I've also noticed that this is one of the only places in PC that has good live concerts from a variation of different artists and genres that are actually WORTH showing up to.

I've seen a couple of negative reviews on here so I wanted to put my opinion out there as well because I genuinely believe everyone's problem is with law enforcement and other guests in the club rather than the actual club itself. The way I see it, Vibez cannot control where police officers go, what type of people enter their club, and how they act during their time there.
