Mochas & Minis Indoor Play & Cafe — Local services in Panama City

We spent 2 hours at Mocha and Minis today. (or M&Ms as I will fondly call it from now on 😊) They just opened a few days ago, and you would never know it. From the quick online waiver to the smooth check-in, the ease of ordering well-priced food and drinks (which were DELICIOUS), and beautifully designed INDOOR playground, I cannot praise this establishment enough! The staff is SO friendly, the entire place was clean and safe, I had the ability to see my child from almost anywhere I chose to stand or sit, especially with the MANY comfortable seating options. My four year old absolutely LOVED playing on so many new and interesting structures with lots of other kids in her age group. Panama City is so blessed to finally have a safe, air-conditioned, clean and comfortable place to take our children to play in. Even though we live nearly an hour away, we WILL be back!

Also, Madison Parker's review is exceedingly critical, and incorrect. For being open less than a week, them taking a bit to find a booking should not be a reason to give a one star review. Also, Madison states that the mandatory rule of wearing socks is not listed on the website or Facebook, yet......

Will not be back. The poor workers had to cut a piece of equipment in order to free a small child’s leg. You could tell they did not know what to do and were not trained properly in how to handle situations like that. Then to top it off, the owner or boss (not sure which) cussed out the employee over the phone who was obviously trying to handle the situation in the best way that they could. If you’re willing to treat your employees like that, that’s not a company I want to financially be a part of. Aside from that, a friend of mine who recently brought their child caught hand foot and mouth. This company has lots of potential, but it’s definitely a sinking ship because of management. Someone needs to hold this manager/owner accountable. I believe her name is Cheyenne

Our first visit, overall we loved it!! Employees are all super helpful, friendly, made good coffee(just not that strong) and i saw them cleaning numerous times. When leaving, they were so kind to my tired and fussy kiddo. The play space is huge with many options, and comfy seating everywhere. Theres a 3 and under section, but, i will say some parents dont enforce it. Besides ball pits, theres a small yellow area for the littles (1yr) too. The floor is padded and has some anti slip type of surface. Combined with required grip socks, its a safe space. For my 3 yr old, outside of the 3 and under area, she easily played with everything. Theres so many things for them to do, we stayed for hours and she still didnt want to leave. Im so happy to have a place like this. It was $15 for 1 child per play session, but they offer multiple memberships and prices vary for how many kiddos you have. We are looking forward to our next visit which im sure...
