If I could leave ZERO stars I would! We purchased a iphone 14 max from this store a month ago. We took the phone back four days later because of dropped calls and blackouts! The young lady that helped us assured us that there was nothing wrong with the phone. Now a few weeks later and my phone blacks out for 3 hours! We take it into the store located on hwy 77 in PC Fla. Store manager Patrick assisted us( or at least tried/but really did not care). I was explaining to him what happened, he pulls up the account and states " you are out of the window for us to return it"! I informed him that we had been in before about this issue and his employee said she could find nothing wrong with the phone. He states there is nothing I can do but tell you to take the phone to Best Buy! Patrick did not try to help me at all, it was like he was very uninterested, did not stand strong on his reasoning, had zero confidence in himself, and zero customer service skills. He did not do a great job at customer service. We have never encountered this at this store, nor have we never worked with him when we have came in. He informed us that he did reach out to area manager and she told him nothing they can do to send us to BEST BUY! or drive to the nearest APPLE STORE! I drive 45 mins to work daily and 45 mins back home, being without a phone on that road is out the question, we conduct our business through this phone as well. Patrick nor his boss could careless about the inconvenience they have caused us and pretty much just wanted us out the store. This store lacks leadership and customer service. Its more to a job than making money. If you are having a bad day store manager PATRICK I suggest you not take it out on your customers! the customers that walk into this store is your paycheck sir. Having zero care and in customer service industry might not be the job for you. I am very unhappy with the service I received today from store manager PATRICK and his area manager. ONLY ONE STAR BC THEY WERE OPEN (and I dont think I could have left no stars filled in!) That place was/is AWFUL (and that's and understatement)! When Hurricane Michael hit, they were helpful and willing to take my money. Went back to put phones on a plan (AND buy 2 new expensive phones and switch another line to them, so a total of 5 phones). I originally signed up paying for the phones on a monthly payment (try out service) and not on a contract. When asked about their plans, paying monthly was cheaper at $65.00 a month, with NO HOTSPOT!!!! Therefore, their monthly phone service is 2 to 3 times higher than other places that you pay up front. I thought it was against law to price gauge in emergency situations! I also had bought screen shields, they bubbled up after I paid them to put them on the phones and I was told they would not fix their mistake. The representative was literally rude and focused on just selling me more items. When I told him what I wanted as a customer that went against what he was trying to do, he told me "I need to listen to him," that I'm not paying attention. WHAT?! Ummm, no, I WAS listening, I just did not agree to do what HE wanted me to do! Then, he would not give me information regarding my account after I refused to buy more items, even though it was literally in front of him on a screen that I could see! He told me to go look it up online! Ummm, dont have internet back up yet at home and the phone I bought from AT&T was not working correctly, hence, cant check online! And, by the way, I originally bought 2 IPHONES. Asked for Supervisor, he did not get him. Talked to manager and they did nothing but pretend to listen. I'm used to a store trying to resolve a customers questions, concerns.....especially since I was there to spend money!! So, needless to say, DONT go to AT&T if you want to be treated with respect or if you like customer service. So, out to check out other carriers...
