Shay Rene’s Boutique — Local services in Paragould

I wouldn’t recommend this boutique to anyone. My first call someone answered with just a hello. I wasn’t even sure that this was a business. When I asked if this was sunflowers boutique a lady responded yeah can I help you.. very rudely. I started to hang up considering how she was already treating me but I decided maybe she was having a bad day. I finally got to ask my question what the business hours were and she replied mam we are open now. Ok that was great but again I had asked for their business hours not if they were actually open right that second. I wasn’t from that area just visiting a friend and didn’t want to make a blank trip if they would be closing soon. I asked if the manager was available since she seemed to not be interested in my business. She then seemed to be very irritated with me saying mam this is Brook how can I help you.. in an aggressive tone. Basically refusing to put the manager on the phone or refusing to admit she was the manager. I told her never mind thank you anyway and kindly hung up the telephone. I tried to give the boutique a call the next day and this time someone answered the phone saying yeah hello. Just not professional at all. I get they may be a small business but word of advice you should still have more respect for your customers other than treating people like they are nothing. Rude! Rude! I refused to go spend my money in this place that calls themself a business and I refuse to refer anyone to a place so unprofessional. Sounded like the same lady Brook and if so someone needs to tell you about yourself and teach you some manners. You seemed very boujee and stuck up like you are perfect but news...
