I Love their service and commitment to providing What the Customer Wants :) Custom Order? No Problems! They don't get your Order Wrong and always ask what you would like on your Burger. Something Many Burger Places cannot Claim to do.

Why I would recommend This Place to Others: Amazing Burgers! Go with the Burgers they are better than their "Non-Focus Food" I.E. Ordering a Club Sandwich at a place famous for burgers will leave you a bit less impressed. Other Noteable Features:-A Great Variety of Sides. You know those Cheese Filled Tator Tots Burger King always gets for a Limited Time? They are Staples here. Add that to A Huge Choice of Side Options: Cheese Sticks, Breaded Mushrooms, Beer Battered Onion Rings & Fries...The List gos on and on... There is a side item for most everyone.

For Burgers I would give them a 4.5, # of Side Items 5.5, Service 5.4(Would be 5.5 but often they are Pretty Busy and the Location only allows for a Small Staff.)3.5 on Wait Time but its Worth it! We ended up with mouth and throat burns after getting served grilled onions that were cooked on a grill that had CLEANER on it. 2 women were working and one had started cleaning the grill after the other cooked our order. The only one who cooked our burgers forgot the grilled onions on all 5 burgers. She went back and cooked them and gave them to us in a separate styrofoam dish. We took them home and added them onto our burgers and my three children and I ended up with burns and blisters in our mouth and throat and had to be on medication for about 8 days. The doctor said it is lucky we did not swallow the food and that the horrible bitter taste cause us to remove the food and quickly rinse it our mouths. They took the plate of onion to the lab and it tested for a caustic degreasing agent. When I called about this after we got better, the woman on the phone just asked who cooked our food. I did not know who did nor did I know the names of the employees so the woman on the phone said "sorry I guess,but if you don't know who did it there's nothing I can do about it" and that was it. She was very unconcerned. I felt like suing them just because of her attitude alone, but we didn't and insurance paid our bills. We will never eat there again as that kind of attitude in the a public service workplace is...

NOT RECOMMENDED! 20 minute wait for a Jumbo Chili Cheeseburger with what tasted like generic “canned” chili — at a price increase nearly 30% over listed on their deceptive outdoor sign (with no attempt to inform this customer until a total was rung up). Requested beer battered fries and got undercooked, grainy crinkle cut fries - no batter. But what sealed a really bad deal was the “5-piece catfish dinner” which was not just increased in price by $.75 but also contained 60% less fish — again, without any notification! I got TWO pieces of unrecognizable, freezer-flattened fish that was clearly pre-breaded in a [foreign?] factory. My grotesque fish dinner was immediately returned for a full refund. (After which the server had the unmitigated gall to ask for the return of my plastic utensil, tartar sauce, napkin, and ketchup bag!)
