I purchased a griddle from this warehouse and the first time I used it on just hot dogs just to try it out before I took it to my Community event. The griddle worped really bad. The owner of the warehouse told me that it was because I only had 2 burners on out of 3. I then asked him, why didn't he tell me that I needed to put on all three burners at the same time and slowly accelerate the flame When he sold it to me. I then told him. Well, If you would have told me this When I purchased the griddle I would have followed your direction. He then told me that it would fix itself once I used it again but put all burners on. Well, on the day of my event, I got embarrassed because it worped So bad that the bacon wrap hotdogs would almost roll off the grill. It made my event a disaster regarding the cooking of the bacon wrap hot dogs. So again I went to the warehouse and told him what had happened and he just grinned and said that he couldn't do nothing about it. Also one of the knobs to control the flame did not work anymore. It just went around and around and did not turn off. And he said he will not do nothing about it. So I thought I would share with everyone.What had happened because I really don't know If this has been happening to other people. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by Rafael.

When I purchased multiple products from your company a few days ago, we encountered defects and attempted to exchange them for functioning items. However, instead of accommodating our requests, you accused us of causing the defects ourselves.

Considering our long-standing history as a wholesale customer. I will no longer be conducting business with this company.

I urge others to consider the same course of action; as seen in the reviews, it has happened before to others.

JUST GO TO HARBOUR FREIGHT. Owner tried to charge me 30 dollars more at the counter until I mentioned his online price.

Got it home and it was cheap Chinese made which is what I expected but after using it twice it broke on your normal working load. I went to go take it back and he gave me a really hard time and tried to upsell me on another unit. Eventually after much fighting I got my money back but definitely won't be coming back here. Harbor freight has a 90-day return policy if anything of theirs goes wrong this guy will just yell at you and tell you you did it wrong and that he doesn't make the stuff.
