The Ice cream if very good can't deny it, but their customer service it REALLY BAD! the workers are rude, and even though they see your the only customer they wont greet you or attend you just ignore you. makes you feel unwanted. until i have to ask someone to assist me yet, i have to wait so they can finish what they are doing. i give 3 stars because their ice cream its good but if i was to rate their customer service it would be a 1 star.... Also i asked for prices on a 5 gal. ice cream for a party and i believed it was the supervisor who helped me and he couldn't even answer my question he was like"its between $110 - $180 im not sure, but you can just call and ask for the prices" i'm like, can i just speak to the supervisor or manager and he like "i'm in charge now" but yet cant give...

Went and got an esquite corn with hot Cheetos. I did not like it the corner was hard and they put very lil of the hot Cheetos and the Cheetos was stael. Basically it was not fresh at all. I asked the man politely if I can get something else he said no! So I'm like ok I sat down he came to me directly in my face shouting trying to explain why it the corn was hard and I said "it's ok" He kept on and got me upset so I left... I went there and got a scoop of nuez ice cream and a paleta 🍭 preparada and while the ice cream was good I am giving them 3 starts because of how overpriced they are a paleta in a cup with chamoy and some pieces of fruit for 8.75 😱 the single scoop was 3.75 is such a rip off so if you come with 2 or 3 kids be prepared to spend 40 dollars or more it was Friday afternoon and there was a line and a single employee was the only one serving, super nice older lady not her fault but I hope the...
