Mariscos Mi Lindo Chuy — Restaurant in Paramount

My review is strictly for the Al Pastor Torta. It was visibly pleasing. I took one bite and it blew every other torta I've ever had out of the water. The meat was so good and well textured. The bread was lightly toasted and made the experience that much better. It didn't feel or taste like somebody just slapped it together in order to make a profit. It felt and tasted like somebody made it just for you because they know it's your favorite food and they want to make you happy. My second bite included some of the green sauce and you could taste the lime. As good as it was, I just had to have the rest with no sauce because I didn't want to take away from the great taste. By my third bite, I already decided that this will be my new permanent spot for tortas and had to immediately invite some friends to come try this place out.
