Not only are the books expensive but during covid times there online purchases are horrible. There was a discrepancy in my order and when I returned (you have to pay for mailing) the books because I dropped the class they refused to give me a refund. They said I had to send the original receipt not from there website. An email back and forth that I never was given a receipt when they gave me the books because a mistake they made. Also they should clearly inform that in their website, they make it seem returning is easy steps. Really over priced. Just bought a set of 3 highlighters for $6.41. Went to the library only to find out that they were terrible quality (will attach picture). I took them straight back with the receipt and showed the floor staff. They informed me that because I had opened the package they couldn't exchange or refund the item.
