Don’t be fooled. This place sucks for so many reasons. My friend has is a lottery winner and lives in Paramus (or so they think lol) and he gets tee times with ease WHENEVER HE WANTS. I had a regular memo for $50 and tried for almost 7 months to get a tee time and only got 2. Both were for 2pm & 2:39pm 4 months apart. Why you should not waste your time here: For starters, the piss poor attitudes in the pro shop are the worst. They should really call it the Mo Shop.
2nd reason is- the course is skewed for tee times. They favorite locals (Paramus addresses) so most Dirty Jerz residents use a local Paramus addresse for their memberships (many of them are liars, I know 1 golfer and met several golfers that lie about being a resident of Paramus) so a huge number of golfers have 2 or more days in advance to book tee times. Lottery membership winners and $2,999 memberships get preferential tee times as well. So if your sold a seasonal membership for $50 you are allowed to book tee times 1 day in advance- we joined for 1 season and attempted to get tee times at exactly 7am the day before, to the tune of over 50 times in a 6+ month window- that is approximately 2+ attempts a week for 6+ months. There were no tee times available EVER except for 2 times. Yea- we only played this course 2 times in 6+ months. The 2 tee times we got in 6+ months of attempts WITH 50$ MEMBERSHIP were both after 2pm.
I’m not sure why they even sell yearly membership for $50. Seems like a scam. Again- the piss poor arrogant attitudes in the Mo Shop are the worst I’ve even encountered, maybe because these guys are all from Jersey and think they have to act that way because that’s the behavior they watch on TV but the employees I have encountered are as worthless as their memberships. Never again will I even attempt to play this place. My friends from Ramsey and saddle river that “live in Paramus” can play at my club. I’m not going back here ever again.
Also- forgot to mention the first tee time we got was pushed so we got onion rings they were actually amazing g. A few months later we got there early to have the onion rings again- they were absolute trash, purchased frozen in bulk disgusting garbage. When I asked what happened to the onion rings I was told- “they changed onion rings and now order these because they make more money on them”. This place is absolute trash in every way. I’ll stick to real private golf clubs. This place is a farce....

You can ski for miles and never see another soul. As lovely as it seems, there is something here that belongs in Weird New Jersey Magazine. Remains of two vaults can be seen on the 13th green from a family cemetery dating back to the 17th century. Also, I should mention if you do go out on a golf course to x-country ski, you should be mindful of keeping clear of the greens. You can easily damage this most expensive turf by digging in with ski poles or making tracks and packing snow on them which melts and freezes and kills...
Read moreStaff was friendly and allowed me to hop in and play. I was disappointed that don’t have a 9 hole rate… so if you only have time to play 9 they charge you for a full 18… Never once I have ever experienced that. Course it’s self was in great condition but if you don’t know where you’re at it’s confusing. It’s very open which is good. But if you think your flag is straight guess again. There isn’t true direction on where the holes go unless you use a golf app or you’ve played here before. Prices overall are pretty high for balls and everything else. Last but not least the driving range is only 80-100 yards and the range balls are foam balls just smaller than a...
