Found Precision Sound and Cellular by accident while performing a search looking for a Sonos Arc sound bar and Sonos Subwoofer. Found out that this specific brand is apparently in high demand and my searching revealed that big retailers and the Sonos company itself were on intergalactic backorder 'til who knows when. Again, stumbled across this company and found out that they somehow still had stock of what I was looking for. I made contact with the company via and e-mail info request from their webpage and was surprised at a rapid response the same evening from Jasen. Surprisingly, Jasen was able to accommodate my request for specific pieces of the Sonos setup by breaking up his system that he typically sold as a particular set. I agreed to the purchase and paid via phone. I was traveling from over two hours away to get to the store. Jasen was willing to meet me at the store after hours to assist in pick up of the items. The whole process was easy, communication was excellent and service was superior in every way. I would strongly recommend Jasen and Precision Sound to anyone looking for any kind of service that this place offers. very dissapointed, i had some speakers installed in my suv and ever since they installed them my power windows stopped working and the radio worked when it wanted to i knew something was not right it took me 4 times going there and complaining about it and they sat there and told me its nothing they did they were lying to me. it took a buddy of mine to find there mistake and i had to go there and show them. then finally they changed their attitude once they saw they messed up but to me the whole service from a customers point of view was horrible. i will never go there again! very unprofessional service ty would not even look at me or say sorry he has a bad attitude and seems very cocky! the installer was very apologetic and i understand people make mistakes but at least admit to it not try to deny it! so in the long run they lost my business! but you wanna know something funny they told me on the first day i went there i told them i was debating if i should let best buy do the work or them i wanted the better price they told me they fix a lot of best buys mistakes well if they would have not corrected this i would have had best buy fix their mistake anymore speaker installs thats where i'll be going...

They have done my families and family business phone for years. They are very knowledgeable about new phones coming out and what phone to get to suit your life stile. If you are not experienced with smart phones they are more than willing to help you.

My family and I have bought many subwoofers, amps, head units, wiring kits, and home audio systems and we are more than satisfied with their install work. They are very knowledgeable knowledgeable about the products they sell and only sell the best. I have never had a problem with my car/truck stereo system and it has great clarity and bass.

I have had my car windows tinted there also. Their install guy does fabulous work and gives you his imput on what he thinks would look nice and still keep you outta trouble. Pricing is great too. Very satisfied
