YoFresh Yogurt and Smoothie Cafe — Local services in Park Ridge

This was possibly the best frozen yogurt experience i’ve ever had. The store just has such great vibes with its colored walls and light up signs. My kid johnny absolutely loves coming here, the owner gave him a toy plane for free just because. The yogurt was incredibly creamy and thick, also I have never been to a froyo store that actually had fresh fruit but yofresh really puts in their time and effort to give fresh fruit. The absolute rudest and most unprofessional owner I’ve ever encountered. If you dare surpass 3/4 of a cup with frozen yogurt when making a smoothie, he will belittle you and ruin the entire experience. Not to mention the over priced smoothie tasted only of the juice he added to it. I guess even though I accidentally poured a little more froyo into my cup, it was still not enough to make his smoothie taste halfway decent.

I don't understand all of the positive reviews of this place. The yogurt here is awful. It's icy and gritty - more like Italian ice or sorbet than frozen yogurt. When it melts, it's thin and watery - not creamy or milky at all. I've been a regular customer here since it opened as Krazee Kups, but after my last visit was a consecutive disappointment, I do not plan to go back.
