I provided a loose set of criteria that I was looking for, and George helped to guide me through every step of the process, providing me with examples that matched the description I gave, explaining different options, and walking me through the the way that these options would affect the overall design of the ring. I never felt pressured in any way, and he was more than happy to explain aything that I had questions about. I ended up with a ring that is absolutely perfect, and my now-fiancée agrees completely! Thank you to George and the rest of the staff for making an important life event stress-free, I will certainly be returning for any other jewelry needs...
