There is a real reason they have less than 4 rating.
If you see any decent reviews, its due to poor standards. so many peeps are complaining. Now I know better.
I had a 3:45 appointment. I was told to come at 3:30 as they had an opening. I arrived at 3:20, I had to wait until 3:35 before being called.
I had asked for someone that is gentle to my ticklish feet. Kay was not gentle. When I did ask for an upgrade, I was told not enough time for this appointment.
Then one of the owners came and said to Kay, your next appointment is 5 minutes late so you can do the Botanical upgrade.
Kay goes in the back comes with 2 containers filled with gel not prepackaged but from a barrel/tub of things.
She rushed through the treatment.
When I went their I had no cracked heals or pain from walking. That night, my feel were sticking to the bed sheets from the dry skin. The next morning cracked heals and painful to walk. I took pictures and shared them with manager.
I called the next morning/Saturday at 10 AM, and I was told the owner will be calling me in 2 hours. When I did not hear from anyone, I called back at 4 PM. I was told the owners are not in and someone will call me on Sunday morning.
At noon on Sunday, I called and spoke to one of the owners, Johnny. Big personality, NOT.
He tells me that he can give me a store credit for the botanical for $20.
I said it would be fair to refund the whole amount. He said no. why would I want to go back to such an establishment.
Greed is their motto, bill for what you can and maximize profits at the expense of customers.

The last time I was there getting my nails done, there was this poor woman arguing at the front bc apparently she got her nails done and they messed up and 3 of her nails had GREEN FUNGUS. I shouldāve left right then. But I didnāt and Kelly did my nails and within days they started lifting. It was Fourth of July weekend and we were away so I called as soon as the weekend was over and Jonny scheduled me for Thursday. Thursday comes and Kelly informs me that if I want my nails fixed that I just paid over $100 for 10 days ago, I need to give her another $50. They donāt stand by their products and did not demonstrate any good customer service. Jonny owns the place with his wife but seems like something is going on between him and Kelly bc she was ordering him what to do and what to say. Johnny was rude laughed in my face and refused to assist me instead, took demands from Kelly. Unreal. Tbh though, she doesnāt even do such a great job. Within five days of my dip manicure (which I was told would last 3 weeks) four nails fell off. I was very disappointed at this and went back to get them fixed. It took me lots of effort and complaints in order to get them to fix them for free but after seeing the results I wish Iād have just gotten them removed. The color match was horrible and looked nothing like the original polish. Not only was the color match bad but the quality was horrendous. My nails are not fully covered with the polish and my cuticles are extremely damaged. Not only that but in the middle of the manicure my nails started dripping down with blood. After the first coat of dip I noticed the color was off and asked about it. I said āare you sure this is the right colorā The nail technician replied that it was the color I had chosen. However on the example nail it was much lighter.
