I have been a patron of FFC since they opened. Let’s start with the food as that’s what draws us there, at first! There is something for everyone whether you are 2 or 102 😉! Everything is freshest of the fresh, made to order, organic, free range, antibiotic free poultry, angus, steak, salmon, shrimp and tofu and lean turkey to get your protein in!!! The pastas are uniquely crafted from veggies and there is whole grain pastas as well for those comfort food days with a healthy twist!!! They offer vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo and gluten free options, that make it easy to create and stick to the lifestyle you are committed too. Let’s not forget all these options are in our bakery counter, baked fresh with the cleanest of ingredients, baked by the amazing owner Susan daily!!! Decadent and to die for!!! The chefs are the best of the best!!! Delish!!! The smoothies are fresh, satisfying and beyond delicious, especially on these hot Florida days, perfect after a workout or just because!!! And all veggies and fruits locally grown! The acia bowls well, just scrumptious!!! You can create your own with fruit and superfoods or pick from already created options!!! Same for Juices and smoothies!!! Let’s not forget about the meal plans!!! Fresh food made to order, with a price point as low as $8.00 a meal! Let them do the prep work and all you have to do is heat and eat guilt free.

The atmosphere is a clean, fresh, welcoming vibe. The servers are knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and willing to serve you in any way you need! Ask questions if you are unsure!!! We live to rave about our establishment and its uniqueness!!!

I am shocked and appalled by my experience today at Fit Foodz Cafe! I am a semi-regular customer and today my husband and I went in to eat. It is 11/11, Veteran's day. Since I am a veteran, my husband asked our waiter if they were doing anything for Veteran's Day. He said let me check. He came back and said today is not Veteran's Day, it's tomorrow. I told him I am a veteran and I know that it is today. He accused me of yelling at him, which I promise you I never raised my voice and I was shocked by this. I didn't know how to react so I asked him to pack up my food to go and to please speak to the owner. The owner came out and she was extremely rude. She told me that everyone celebrates it tomorrow and that she will be doing something tomorrow. I tried to explain to her that today is the actual day of Veterans Day. I don't care about a discount or anything special I just wanted her to realize that today was Veterans Day. I can't stress enough how incredibly insensitive bothjcc the waiter and the owner were. I will never return to this restaurant. Unbelievable to me how I was treated. Both my husband and I are in shock and extremely bothered by this!!! UPDATE: To add insult to injury, 10 mins after I put the above review on their website, the owner posted to the Fit Fooz Cafe Facebook page...Happy Veteran's day! Today only, free 16oz smoothie and one free bakery item!!! But I thought you said it was celebrated tomorrow!? And they said they were doing nothing for Veterans today!!! How incredibly insensitive and rude! Shame on the owner!!! I will NEVER return! Fit Foodz has always been my favorite place in Boca to grab a healthy meal. If you're looking for a restaurant that you can trust to meet all kinds of dietary needs, this is the spot. The menu is very extensive and filled with TONS of choices that fit all kinds of lifestyles-- vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, paleo, whole 30, etc. The food is very clean and all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

The menu includes a lot of healthier alternatives of everyone's favorites-- spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles replace traditional spaghetti, whole wheat breads and pasta replaces white, fat free cheese replaces regular cheese. Nothing is fried, which I absolutely LOVE. (I refuse to eat fried foods.) Everything is baked, grilled, steamed or sauteed and done so in a much better way than everywhere else. Honestly, Fit Foodz is the only place I would trust to prepare a meal for me while on competition prep if I was not able to prep my own food.

A few more awesome things about this place: Breakfast items are served all day They have a partnership w/ Delivery Dudes FRESH juices and smoothies (including amazing seasonal choices like the pumpkin pie smoothie). They offer meal plans so you don't have to cook-- 10 meals for $80! The acai bowls are awesome! Bowl bases are not as carb/sugar dense as the other bowls served in nearby establishments They have an array of delicious baked goods (many which are paleo, vegan, gluten-free, etc)
