I am not one to post often unless something happens that is so shocking that I feel the need to share this as much as possible. I am an avid Starbucks drinker, love their food service etc… I started subbing at a school down the road and I drove to this Starbucks and asked for a water with strawberries. Normally I order a coffee also but I had a lot of caffeine so I was on my way to school and figured usually it’s 50 cents or a dollar I would still tip 1/2 dollars on that. I drive up to the window and they say, it will be 5$ and change. I was like WHAT??? 5 dollars for a cup of tap water, ice and strawberries ? The attendant said yes would you like to speak to a manager. I said yes. Again A CUP OF TAP WATER WITH STRAWBERRIES IS over 5$ are you freaking kidding me??? The Manager then tells me yeah I’m sorry we have to bring that in as an iced tea or some sort of tea so that’ll be 4$ (and change) that is the policy I’m sorry. I was running a few minutes behind, and was Completely flustered and taken away by the fact that they thought this was OK to do to me I was so freaking disgusted I paid for it and left. I have no problem paying overpriced for anything that is quality, especially with Starbucks, but I am beyond disappointed at this point I cannot believe that they made me pay almost 5 dollars for a Grande cup of water tapwater with some strawberries in it they should be ashamed of themselves and I have planned on writing to corporate. Read morePurchased a caramel frappucino about an hour ago using my stabucks app to pay. Came back in to get a free brewed coffee as part of the benefits of having the app and was told I couldn't because he "really needed the cup" ( the working cash register at roughly 6pm today). My cup was left at the barbershop and was thrown out by then so obviously not going thru garbage to get it. Let him know that I can show on my app and verify the previous purchase but was a no go because he "really needed the cup". Never had this issue before at any other Starbucks location so most likely just a customer service issue with just this one employee or one location. Read moreThe Starbucks drink was good, but unfortunately they ran out of the strawberry açaí extract, when I asked to order it, but then I ordered another drink, the service is not good, they ran out of straws so I had to ask the barista to give me one from the back, it took 10+ minutes to get my drink me and my mother were waiting for that long, and they didn’t get the croissant we asked for, the barista talked back and said “ wait a little we only have 2 baristas” we had to remind the barista to give it to me, it may be a busy day but shouldn’t they pay attention to people waiting and not only in the drive through, I recommend trying other...
