Wouldnât mind paying these exorbitant fees if the facility upkeep and umpires were decent but theyâre not. Regularly out of toilet paper and paper towels. Ridiculous tournament fees, ridiculously high gate fee, consistently low quality umpires, all outfields are in poor condition, no one to run scoreboards, no one keeping stats, no head umpire available when the undertrained umps donât know the rules of the game. Poorly maintained batters box/catchers box causes unpredictable and dangerous playing conditions at home.
Weâve been all over the nation like most of you probably have, creekside is a real disappointment, there was a real opportunity to have a great park here but itâs quickly shifted to profit motive only. They proudly advertised that all fields would be manned for scoreboards and stats but that...

Field 4 had issues with the right handed batters box peeling up. Tournament was very well run. We got bounced up to Benedictine College but it was a good experience. I would say itâs great for what it is but I would question whether it merits the long drive to KC to play. I realize they are growing it as itâs new. New hotel construction is in progress. Itâs generally a first class facility but in the moment I have a tough time correlating the value and benefits to a team...

They have the really nice lit score boards, but seems the guys keeping score can only put the outs and run score up. They are too busy keeping the online folks up on the score, balls and strikes, but the people that actually drove out to the game and paid to get in, only get to see the runs and outs. Doesn't make since to me. I'm only the paying customer!!so, unless your sitting right behind the umpire you don't...
