Saturday evening, 6:00p his was our first visit to this location. I cannot comment on the staff as no one greeted, or even acknowledged us, as we stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty as a door dash driver was leaving as we entered. The lady at the drive thru window looked our direction a few times but never acknowledged us as we stood there waiting for someone to take our order. We finally resigned ourselves to use the touch screens behind us. It took 10x longer to do than if someone would have just walked 5' to take our order. There is no signs suggesting we use to tough screen. Those not tech savvy would be out of luck. After another 10 minutes, the guy finishing our burritos walked the food over to us. We had to ask for our drinks, one that had to be filled behind the counter. Another employee had to tell the young man what my drink order was. We had to ask him again for our other drink cup and he ask 'What size did you order'. I don't blame the young man but he obviously had no customer service experience. I give this one star as the food was ok, typical of what you expect at Taco Bell. Two young ladies walked in while we were eating, presumably to start their shift. Both were pleasant and looked our way and smiled when we left. This was the ONLY other interaction we had there. Perhaps they were short staffed but that is no excuse not to acknowledge a paying customer standing at your counter for 10+ minutes. Also, I would say there were about a dozen tables, all empty, in the eating area. We counted four that were not dirty with...

Here's why the other 3 stars are lost. The employees of this restaurant will simply refuse be take your order if you go inside. They will ignore anyone inside to the point of forcing you to use the kiosk, even if you say something to them. If you want to pay cash, they will make you wait forever and act like you are inconvencing them, and wanting to simply pay with cash is some huge weird thing... Also, if you try and use the drive thru, they will make you drive around again and wait for your food out front even if there is not any other customers there. This is rude and an inconvenience to a paying customer. I have also been told more than once in the drive thru that they "aren't taking cash." like really? Not everyone wants to give out their card 20x per day to strangers for small purchases.
It isn't Covid lock down anymore, and this location needs to stop all of the weird covid-like practices. Literally nowhere else does any of the things they do at this particular food place... I don't get the point of it at all, and people don't like be treating weirdly or incorrectly...
Read moreI've had issues with this location a few times, running out of ingredients, having to pull around and wait even though we were the only people there etc. This was even worse. We used the app to get rewards hoping that would increase the accuracy too- it didn't. First she asked my name so I said my whole name and she only heard the last name apparently and said my order wasn't there and maybe I went to the wrong location even though my first name was printed on their menu. Once she figured it out I pulled around and waited and then was missing a drink. We ordered 2 box meals and 2 separate large drinks so that equals 4. She still asked me if I was sure I ordered 4 and then comes back a couple mins later and says there was only 3 but I gave it to you anyway. I was too annoyed to thank her. After we get home the food in the box is all wrong and then my daughter finds long wavy hair thats clearly not hers in the potatoes. Idk what's going on here but seriously, I've worked fast food- it's not this hard. I don't think they deserve the raise Missouri voters just gave...
