We visited Mariachi Mexican Restaurant on a Friday evening around 7:00 PM. The wait time was minimal (just about five to seven minutes) which was appreciated during peak hours.
The experience started well with a flavorful salsa and warm nachos. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans, and everything was delicious. The beans had a subtle kick that added to the overall flavor. My husband had the chicken with chorizo and was equally pleased with his dish. The margarita was also excellent—refreshing and well-prepared.
Our server was attentive, polite, and accommodating, which made the service a highlight of our visit.
The only observation is that the dining area can get quite loud when it’s busy, which might not be ideal for those looking for a quieter atmosphere. However, the food and service quality more than made up for it.
Overall, we had a very good experience and will...
Read moreWe gave this local place a second chance after they’ve been opened for a while now. The Chips are absolutely awful, they have a weird burnt/rancid taste. No matter how much salsa we put with them the after taste is unbearable. We thought originally it was something about them being new, but it’s still the same odd flavor.
And service was indifferent, like the staff has not had any professional server training on protocol. Lots of staff just gathered around front podium when guests need things. The first time we went husbands meal was brought out alone, and he was almost down with his meal but the time the other four people got their plates. Disappointing because some of the meal items have promise… fajitas are good, and beans are tasty. Hope they figure out the chip issue and better train their staff for service. We really really wanted to love this place since it is so...
Read moreWaited a bit before trying, nice change and the menu is not your normal burrito, Chimichanga, quesadilla menu. They have some real good choices that had been off my radar since my last trip to Monterrey. We shall return! Salsa had 'spirit' just right.
Second Visit: All I can say is Burrito La Parrilla. I need say no more. This is a burrito people, it is NOT filled with minimum amounts, It is not drizzled with cheese It has ample cheese on it and topped with Trece Parrillas 3 grilled pineapple slices. I can usually be a big boy and finish my dinner. Well I am having it for lunch also. Again I will say the service is great, food is great. If you haven't stopped by... WHY Oh you don't like Mexican food. OK That's cool. More for me.. great addition to the...
