I took my son to get his 4 wisdom teeth remiced, surfeon gave me two scripts on on sheet of paper, I specifically read both scripts alibg with listening to his instructions, give him pain meds after our rwo hour drive home. Went to walgreens gave clerk thus paper, she sais give tem 15 minutes,vafter twenty minutes the clerk handed me one package of 1 contauner of pills, it was for the amoxicillin. I asked h er where the pain ills were she said the wasn't any script for pain pills, I said yes there was, she argued with me, , she then turned her back on me,vI taped on the windoiw and told her to either call the doctoir that proscribed the scripts or go back and look. She rolled ger eyes at me left the window, then came back with a half sheet of paper, then said it'll be 15-20 minutes, I said for what, the pain pills, she just walked away from the window. I did state she could at least apologize for incinerating I was lying. Nothing. Then after waiting again for 20 minutes she said Mrs. Whittley your script is ready, please verify your address. Seriously, I'm the same person thats been standing here waiting on the script you accused me of lying abit. Wish the other nice and friendly clerks still...

I went to Walgreens last night to get a prescription. I gave my prescription to the girl, she then takes it to the pharmacy and then ask him "Is this real?" . I laughing to myself, like ok that was rude. Why would I bring a fake prescription to a pharmacy? I wad unable to purchase script because I lost my insurance card, but I found it last night and told them I'd be back because walgreens pharmacy was about to close. I take it back up there this morning at 9am and they don't have me in the system for my prescription that's strange & fishy. The girl told me my prescription was ready and tried to get me to buy it for $200 dollars last night. I told them I'll be back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and there pulling the same shenanigans as last night. I told them to give me the note from my Doc so I can go to Walmart with my prescription. They begin to scramble with fear. They inconvenience me for an hour and want me to wait another hour to fix there mess no way. Don't nobody know where my prescription at 😄 ok. They have some rude people up at...

Someone should tell google their operating hours. Went to pick up prescription for a toddler ear infection - only to be told- the pharmacy closes at 7 and has now for a long time. Well, google says they close at 10pm. Also- you can’t tell me that a company who “use to” pride themself on customer service couldn’t have the assistant manager/ shift lead person that was there go and get the medicine? Instead they want me to make my sick kid wait for his medicine over night then drive back there and pick up (over 20th Lea from where I live)- with the coat of gas- no way! With the way they treated me- NEVER! I don’t have to go there and won’t go again… If someone that worked for Walgreens only knew how faithful of a customer I use to be - I stop going to the one in the town I lived because of bad service- and now I won’t go to this one or any...
