SHADY BUSINESS ALERT! I brought a projector here for repair. Upon dropping it off, he explains there is a $50 diagnostic fee. I had already diagnosed the problem so I just needed a quote to repair it. So I was uneasy but agreed and left it. He tells me it'll be a few days for him to get it open and price the parts and labor. Another week and half passes and no call. I had to call each time to get any update and each time I did call he promised to call me back in a couple days with a price for the repair. I never received a single call or update. The excuses and lip service went on for a month and a half until I got fed up and just retrieved my projector. He refused to refund my money and now I am forced to dispute this with my credit card company. So he charged me $50 to waste my time and he missed every self imposed deadline, with not even as much as a courtesy phone call to update me. DO NOT GO HERE! They had my AV receiver for six months to fix a ground buzz. I called every week and they had a different excuse -waiting for parts-tech was sick-sinus infection-you name it. I trusted them. I finally took the receiver back and it does not even power on. It is useless now. I would sue them if it wasn't such a hassle. On May 14 2014, I took my 46in LCD TV for repairs. I was told it was the video board. 3 months later they called saying my TV was ready, with a 60 day warranty It worked for 4 days and had the same problem. I took it back to the shop on August 20, 2014 and they kept it for seven months and did not fix it and charged me for it being @ the shop for 7 months, even though I was calling about the TV and they said they would call me back numerous times and I never got a phone call.
