Alejandra at Magenta Flower Shop is a professional and dedicated person who cares so much for her customers. I called her from Portland, OR on Saturday and asked for some flowers to be sent on Sunday for a funeral event in Pasadena. Alejandra was patiently listing to my requests and made some suggestions as well. Remember that they are NOT Open on Sundays, but she did helped us and delivered it on a Sunday. Alejandra even went above and beyond and sent me a picture of the order before the delivery time. I called at the last minute for a same day delivery and Daniela was so very helpful every step of the way. She assured me that they had a lovely arrangement in their cooler that was ready to go and even texted me a photo so I knew what was being delivered. Her professionalism was in contrast to the two other florists I had contacted who couldn't do same day.
