After that review which was BEFORE I actually experienced your so-called customer service this review needs to be retracted. Y'all delivered my washer-dryer and that's where the real customer service shows. I went downstairs to meet your crew to inform them that they should probably come and look at where they were going as I knew it was gonna be a very tight fit. I did not want them to bring it up and have to take it back. They came up and took measurements said it would go in no problem. They had to take a set of doors off but it would go. Hooked it up only to discover that they stuck out past the door. I told them they would have to take it back. The one thing I didn't want to happen did. This after they took the measurements. So your crew leader who didn't speak any English said something to his worker in Spanish and left. About 15mins goes by and the worker says something about where he is. Says he's going to go see. This is where your customer service is definitely lacking. I gave him my keys to get back into my building. After about 15-20mins my dog had to go to the bathroom. As we went to the elevator I saw something on the fire extinguisher box and saw my keys!! They had left a 65yr old disabled senior citizen to deal with the doors and the fact they didn't fit. I called them and Jose to tell them to come get their appliances to no avail. In my book that's a coward!! The day after it arrived it went to dry clothes and the heating element did not work. I called Appliance outlet and they gave me their warranty number. I called for 3 days on redial with no answer, I left several messages and never received a call back. Then i ended up calling whirlpool warranty and that took 2 weeks for a 3rd party company to come out and look at it. Of course, when they arrived, they did not have the part which will take another 3-4 weeks to order and get in. After calling Appliance outlet back they stated there is nothing they could do that we can only get in touch with Whirlpool. Read moreI'm giving it a one because I can't go lower. We purchased a washer in September, after the storm, and from the beginning it has never worked right. When it completely stopped working, I called on the warranty, our options were to drag it back or pay $70 for them to come to the house. We opted out and took it to them. We were told 3-5 business days, it was not. When I called at the day five mark - mind you I had to call, they never reached out to us - I was told it was fixed but not back at the store by our house, that would be after the weekend. I call Tuesday, again I had to initiate contact, they didn't, and I get "yea they couldn't fix it so we're swapping it". I had already been told it was fixed so someone lied. I try to inquire as to if it's a comparable replacement, never got an answer. Go pick it up, they replaced it with a washer that's eight years old and rusting.
