Where do I begin.... I hardly go to the store because of bad customer service. the check out ladies are very rude to female customers, at least that's what I seen, but very nice to male customers I guess so they can continue to buy beer. The ladies where you pay bills as well tried to talk to manager about the lack of customer service but him as well was rude, I bought bacon the other day and it was molded went back and they replaced it for me and now I saw a bird standing in one of the isle I told the cashier if she was aware she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude about it then told some guy to get it because people was complaining in a loud and rude voice had to explain to them that's a safety hazard birds carry disease and is not good in the store with all that food the only positive I can say is the home made tortillas those ladies behind the stove are wonderful and very respectful ladies I send a coworker to the store from bay town because she loved the tortillas and wanted some for her but even she said she will never go again because of the ladies in the cashier were rude to her I was embarrassed should of warned her about them... y'all please be careful in that store hope this information helps and always check your food before buying and please be careful with them rude ladies my hat off to those behind the stove they are very humble and...

My dad went to cash in his check but the person working the counter decided to STEAL it and claim that the company my dad works for owes this store money. My dad is a contractor, he has nothing to do with management, the idiot behind the desk only would give my dad his check back if he personally paid the money that the company who contracts owes him. My mom loves going to this store because it's the the closest Mexican store. I absolutely hate it. Sure, they have some good things you can't find in anther store, but this store is disgusting. Flies and roaches inside the cabinets where the pan dulce is. Roaches crawling around the isles. I bought pasta once, and it was full of moths. A lot of expired things too. Last month, I found a container of cottage cheese with mold inside. Today, I found sour cream that has been expired for a month. The refresqueria inside sucks and is expensive.
