La Palapa Micheladas — Restaurant in Pasadena

First time coming here. An older lady took our order and handed our card to the owner (I’m assuming) a Hispanic lady with blonde hair. Instead of swiping our card and handing it right back to us, like any business does, she took the card and proceeded to get on her phone (we are seeing all this through the little window they have). My husband tried to get her attention to ask for the card back but the lady was so zoned into her phone and looking at our card that she never looked up. My husband proceeded to get out of our vehicle and go to the door to ask for the card. The blonde lady proceeded to insult both my husband and I and said we did not have a right to get out of our vehicle to ask for our card and that she was going to call the cops because we had violated the rules. There is NO sign stating we have to stay in our vehicle. She proceeded to get call someone and in Spanish asked “what do you think, should I call”… she goes into another room, comes out, and starts yelling at us and says there’s cameras everywhere and they’re connected to the police station so they can see everything right now (that’s a damn lie). When we got our food, we were then questioned where the receipt was however, the blonde lady had already taken the receipt after she stood over my husbands as he was signing the receipt. Service here is horrible. Dont spend your money here & go somewhere else. Old hispanic lady with blonde hair came up to our car which my boyfriend was driving & proceeded to tell me off from the driver window while im in the passenger side to tell ME and not my man, that next time I need to call and place an order ahead of time or have everyone come in and get their own drinks bc we were holding up the line lol we literally ordered 6 drinks & a 6 pack of beer. How am I supposed to call and place an order ahead of time if there is no phone number displayed online? Instead of being grateful I spent $95 at this trash place and then they expect a tip on top of the horrible customer service? The girl who took our order was obviously new and couldn't properly take our order right and also took forever but instead of checking on her employees she put the blame on us for holding up the line for 6 drinks ? Also took our card and took forever bringing it back. I overall did not appreciate her coming up to our car and telling me off when I was a passenger. She felt more comfortable telling off a woman than my boyfriend who was literally driving and...

I was their in line in the first garage opening in front of me was a blue truck Silverado I was behind him an in front him was a vehicle already get serviced through that time the blue truck was waiting for him to ask what was his order so another vehicle came to next garage he was the fourth vehicle that showed up I thought the truck was in front me had his orders place but he had6 so he started reversing so he was never attend for his service so it seems like the employer were unaware so they decided to go with the 4th vehicle instead of the second vehicle that was their unorganized service sucks hopefully...
