I really really hate to give this review because the store itself is amazing, but major buyer beware here: I bought a pair of doors and they outfitted me with all the hardware I’d need. Then I called and texted all (every single one) of their recommended installers (several times, even texted and emailed some), only one responded and told me he doesn’t hang doors anymore. So I went to Yelp…most folks couldn’t do the entire project (installation of the hardware, hanging, and framing), I found someone who said he could and frankly he did an awful job and couldn’t even figure out how to use the $500 of hardware for the doors I was provided by this shop so went and bought low end trash from Home Depot just to call the project done. It’s been an absolutely nightmarish experience that’s cost me upwards of $4k. Again, the store itself is great and everyone who works there is kind and knowledgeable (I wanted to do 3 stars because I’m so frustrated but the store doesn’t deserve that), but do not go here on your own even if you’re an experienced DIYer. You need to be an ABSOLUTE expert or ask whoever is going to do the work for you to come with you to ensure they know what to do. The person I spoke to here was rude and condescending. I asked a simple question -- why do they have prices posted on some items and not on others? She (I assume the manager) said something like 'because we have millions of items' (and I guess it would be too hard to put a price on everything?), in a manner suggested that she thought I was stupid for not simply realizing that. First off, 'millions'? Do they understand the concept of numbers? Don't flatter yourself.
